I was told that before getting into any body of water other than freshwater you should wet your hair first that way it won’t absorb as much of the chlorine or salt.

Wowza do I relate to this. I had a tumor removed from my sacrum in April. I couldn't walk at all and was bed ridden before it was removed. Now I need a walker to walk around. My mental health has been effected so much because I literally can't do anything for myself. I had to go on anxiety medication. It has been very difficult.

Girl im in the same boat! I had a herniated disc and it took months to get it diagnosed and then i had to go through physical therapy just to get the doctor to refer me to a specialist. I had surgery in june and it’s a slow slow road to regaining normal strength and movement. I hope you are able to find happiness in each and every day ❤️

Thank you for being so honest about your mental health! It helps me too. Also I love Emily Susannah! And I think it’s for the best not to share the details of your how you navigated your weight loss journey. I think it prevents people from being obsessive about small details when in reality just putting yourself first and making health choices is a GREAT first step and more important!

The most important thing about mental health is acknowledging things are not right and addressing it as soon as possible, there's no shame in not being okay 💖 look forward to more lives, they are uplifting for us too 👌🏼
My mom went thru a similar health issue, unfortunately she didnt get good advice or go to a doc and she got a severe blood/hip bone infection bc of it. I am SO glad you did it the right way! Im also sorry you and hubby have gone thru so much tough stuff this year. I can def relate. FWIW, i have always been able to escape tough shit by coming to your channel. You made me LOVE something again. I used to be into makeup, but now obsessed with color. Doing my own hair and basically my entire small circle around me. Im far less depressed these days. Tysm for making such great content. I cant wait to see your new rainbow hair💜
Chlorine pools is like a bleach bath that's why your hair gets lighter in the summer. Bleach plus sun equals lightened hair.

I love hearing someone be truthful about what is going on in their life. I am very happy to hear you are doing well in your weight loss. I find it sad that people have to hate on someone for making a positive change to THEIR body, not theirs. It phantoms me how cruel people can be behind a screen however if they took the screen away they wouldn't say the things they say.

I love getting the notifications for a new video. The first video I saw of yours was about 4 months ago (wish I'd found you sooner), I subscribed immediately. Your hair info has helped me a lot but I love how relatable you are. I take meds for anxiety and depression and it's nice to hear you talk openly about your mental health. I know for myself, it helps me feel like someone can relate to what I'm going through.

I totally relate to how you were feeling when you couldn’t take care of yourself very well. I have been having a flare up of my endometriosis and it’s made me feel so weak because I can’t do nearly the amount of things I used to.

Totally relate. I woke in Feb in agony with my leg and couldnt walk from pain. Have put on 2 stone and have 1 diognosis (FAI my hips growing extra bone) but its affects your mental health so so much. Im so glad youre doing better. X

Iv had that ingrown hair where i shave down below 🤦♀️ well a cyst, was so worried then eventually got checked had a man doctor 🙈 found out it was due to ingrown hair....SOOO painful, had antibiotics and they worked quickly thank goodness..its happened again since 🙈 xxxx

You look so great with no make up. I get them all the time and had one about a month ago and like you it was super super painful I couldn't walk. I Usually get in the shower 🚿 with salt and water and thankful that did the tick. Thanks for talking about that I never hear anyone talking about having cysts down there x I have also loss a lot of weight recently👌

I bought Good Dye Young Ppl Eater it is a blue based purple. I found the blue stood out a little too much and purple was dull. So I faded out to put a mixture of Transylvania and Purple Rain to make a dark purple. I'm glad you are doing better. I multiple video of yours.

Ah. Pilar cyst. Yeeeaaaaah, OUCH! My best friend missed a lot of high school due to being in and out of the hospital from a ridiculous number of crazy bad pilar cysts, all in series. I'm so sorry you had to endure that pain!

I'm glad you are better. I was in a dark place like 3 years ago,so I get it. I have BPD and was not medicated. But my doctor finally found a med that worked so well for me. I also have fibro as well,but that's even been better since my mental health is better now as well. I also went from a size 16,to a size 7 in like 2 years,so that makes me feel better too. I love your videos,and i'm doing my hair alot as well. I lean more to the pastels though,not the bright and deep colors. Well I do bright colors off and on,but not deep colors. Just take care of you,that's the important thing not getting your videos out. Blessed Be :)
If you haven’t try the matrix color eraser! You can mix it with water to take out semi permanent colors. And it’s not damaging, it’s the only color remover I like to use on clients or myself. You can also mix it with 20 vol to use on permanent or Demi permanent colors as well

Joico color remover and L'oreal effasol color remover both are effective. I've used them before. But sadly they did damage my hair significantly. The damage is not so obvious right away but after a few days you'll really see the difference and the condition of the hair changed. 😔 for the love of hair coloring, id do it again tho 😆 but this time ive taken good care of my hair and religiously follow a hair care routine. ♡ your videos really helped me! So thank you sooo much ♡♡
