PHLAW seems a great help with such a "impleasant" question. Also, it helps the interviewed to think, if the position suits him. If not, better is not to apply, since both sides can be frustrated afterwards.
I've just discovered your channel today. I think it's a powerhouse of great information, interview skills and of course your narration and delivery style tops it all. 👍🏽👍🏽

I would like to share my experience on this question, I replied "Butter Chicken" when I was asked about my weakness. It made the interviewer laugh for a second and changed the atmosphere of ongoing interview and went in my favor. By the way I'm bit healthy so the interviewer could relate.
Good you shared Krunal, thank you. I talk a lot about using humour interviews, only if you feel you have read the room properly. As there are times it can backfire. Did you end up getting that job? Just curious.
@@SuperChargeYourself Yup, worked for that organisation for 3 years and tried same last month in one of my interview's and it worked again 🤩. Ofcourse I don't use same card in each and every interview.
I came across this video yesterday. I have been looking for such type of content for weeks. Love your ideas and the way you present them in. Thank you so much. ☺️
I am supercharged with your knowledge and thank you very much. I appeared for an interview and honestly replied to the weakness question saying that I am bit of pulled back type when it is confrontational. I got the interview feedback from HR that the particular honest opinion was the deal breaker. Though I am true to myself, I wasn’t expecting that to be a deal breaker in any sense. So those who are being so honest on this weakness have to prepare to list that on top ‘P’ of PHLAW she mentioned here. I.e. Find a coach (as I did to overcome this weakness) and work to conquer it.
What I found is many of them who are asking this question they do not know what is the purpose of this question, as it is in the list of questions they are asking.
