Ah .....the video was like a dejavu. I remember asking my recruiter his experience being in the company, the one thing keeping the company racing amongst the competitors. I also asked how he sees the company position in the coming years. Hmm thanks to the HR vloggers like you for the tips and tricks. I got through the interview even tough my technical replies were not up to the mark( does not happen for all) but yes at the end the manager remembered that I have a long term goal to be in the company. Your video pointed out that my perspective to such questions were good...nah great.

Among many other videos , this video was very informative and useful as this questions is specifically asked every time. During my interview with a senior person from the organisation, asked him few questions which he didn’t expected and even he needed a food for thought on how to respond to it. (Got selected for the position)
Thank you Sonal for your efforts. These videos surely are helping especially for someone going through interview for the first time .

I read in a HBR article, if you ask
If I were to be offered this position, what would MY day to day job look like?
This statement apparently forces the interviewer to think of you in the role which may provide higher chances of approval. This tip worked in 3 interviews for me.

Thank you for bringing the clarity , i have recently started watching your channel and it is getting me really clear that how things goes on & work in corporate industry specially when your are about to enter door & see expertise ,their style n way of asking questions n then how you can charge yourself in that environment n look smart n confident in front of those expertise,i have just joined as research analyst in company so i would really like to know about the insides n how process goes on in industry n how to be you as you are after you join the organisation i would appreciate if you can share the insides of the corporate industry and one more question may sound funny but i am interested to know what does that "chow" means at end of every video And highly appreciate for your effort n willingness to share the knowledge that you have .

I loved the way you explain tips & tricks using your acronyms n all, the way you present it for your viewers.
I come across your channel a little late, as just watched couple of videos of urs & meanwhile I cracked an interview.
Leaving all aside, as per my view your videos are a lot rather than just sticking to Interviews related stuff.
I am trying my best to acquire some skills just by watching you & your videos, will definitely use these in my next interview(somewhat 3-4 yrs down the line as I am a Long Term Employee)😁
Will definitely share some of the best videos(I mean all) to my friends.
Hope to see you in HR Round. 😀
