Looks like it came out great would like to see some locktite on your motor mounting screws other than that good luck with your maiden.

I think it's good design to keep the motor mount back so that people who want to use a different motor design can fit a longer motor in. It's a lot easier to add spacers than it is to move the motor mount back.

    That's a good sized motor.

One thing I noticed guys is there's area under the fuselage for venting that should be cut out, about midway. There's lots of air in but none out.

I bought this plane after seeing your video. My hitec 5245mg servos are too small. What did you use?

Didn't this airplane come with a manual? Seems like you had to do a allot of figuring out of things and never refereed to having a manual.
Also, you need to set up a high, mid and low rate for all your control surfaces and use expo. On my 60" EF Laser I have the following; Ail - Rates 100/70/45, Expo 70/60/45, Elevator - Rates 100/55/25, Expo 70/50/20, Rudder - Rates 100/75/50, Expo 65/53/45. You will have to tweak these settings to your flying style and how you want it to feel.
Also, for balancing, loosen the wing bolts so that you can slide the wings away from the fuselage about 3/8". Put a string around the wing tube on each side of the fuselage and lift the model off the ground while holding the strings level. You SHOULD have the battery and CANOPY on! With my EF Laser it is slightly tail down when doing this, I would suggest starting with the model level and gradually move the battery back to you liking. I personally like my aerobatic airplanes close to neutral. When I roll to inverted I like to have to hold very very very very little to no down elevator to maintain level flight.
Hopefully some of this helps. Can't wait to see the maiden video!

Thank you! I’ll definitely program multi-rates before maiden.
      This one didn’t have instructions, but it’s possible that’s because it’s a demo/review version.
