@@wildwine6400 WWE Smackdown and Raw are TV shows, but wrestling isn’t, hence why they put so much emphasis on live show reactions on the road and use those shows as basically a trial run. Get good reactions on the live shows, sell out arenas and you’ll get pushed on TV, unless a senile old man decides he doesn’t like you for whatever reason.
The 2023 Royal Rumble set a new all- time gate record, viewership of the event was up 52% from last year and the venue broke an all-time merchandise sales record. In short that ppv was huge, lots of people were paying attention.
You can see the humbleness in LA Knights face as he’s smiling . Before he was dead serious because he was putting in work . Now he’s being appreciated for him being that dude and he gets to see the reward of it

Most heels have built themselves like that which takes months and years of work to be able to do that. But this guy *LA Knight* just generates extra terrestrial energy whenever he comes out and the crowd is forced to do nothing but cheer him. I personally had dibs on this guy since the day he joined NXT and have been a fan since his "Eli Drake" gimmick at TNA (impact). He is getting cheered every week and this is evident enough for WWE to push him to main event level and exploit his charisma.

he’s honestly been one of my favs since his time in impact as Eli Drake. the way he can manipulate a crowd is something i genuinely haven’t seen since the rock.
You could tell Drew and Sheamus were instructed by Vince, HHH, and the creative team to completely sandbag LA Knight in the segment by ignoring him and not acknowledging him when he was cutting a promo. LA Knight got himself over with fans in spite of the odds against him.
I remember at the HoF ceremony when the stars were coming out and everyone was clapping and there was mild applause. Then LA Knight came out and it was just unbelievable how loud a pop this man got. He just stood there for a moment and took it in. Even Triple H was shocked. You could tell he was like “We gotta push this guy before it’s too late”
This man has the potential to change the future and bring in a new era into the wrestling world! For a lot of us, we have been waiting for this moment since the attitude era!
You have to be joking the dudes 40 and looks and wrestles like every generic create-a-wrestler he just maxed out charisma and still somehow has nothing original or entertaining to say

And I’m sure he could print WWE a lot of money in those years as well!
I was there. I’m pretty sure most of us that are from DC and are wrestling fans knew that he grew up about 40 minutes down the road as well. He’s a great talent all around.
LA knight is the only wrestler that bridges the gap when it comes to old fans and new fans he’s a wrestler’s wrestler you could easily stick this guy in any era and he would’ve flourished

I remember being there that night up in one of those suites and just cheering louder once I realized everyone else loved him too. Keep on turning heads, Knight!
When he was in CWFH, then even more so in Impact, I said he was the most ready made star for WWE possible. He was already a WWE superstar with the look, charisma and mic skills. I was certainly right about that, and it makes me happy to see him becoming this super over star.
He was getting over before that. You'd hear sections of fans yelling "Yeah!" I love to see guys get over organically. It's 10% then 25% then 50% of the crowd then one day BOOM everyone surrenders to this guy's rizz & just accepts it. The catch phrases land. The promos are fire. The matches are hot. Everything works. I live for that.
Not the World title... But I can see him in Mid Card gold.. Like the intercontinental championship or the United States Championship. I can't see him defeating GUNTER.. but I can see him defeating AUSTIN THEORY.

This dude deserves everything and more. He is without a doubt one of if not the most entertaining guy in wrestling right now. I haven't watched in four or five years but I've watched some clips and he just reminds me of Stone Cold and The rock. He has the charisma of the rock he's got the Mike skills A Little Rock but he's got this just incredible connection connection and trash-talking that Stone Cold had with the fans. It's awesome.
