Hi Addison! Your videos are awesome. Since you are a Sandals pro, I do have a question. I booked a swim up room at South Coast but unfortunately I need to cancel. If I cancel will I lose my money I spent on airfare? I bought the extra insurance.
Hi Amez! Happy to help! This is a bit complex to answer to know without knowing the ins and outs of your booking, but the general idea is: Sandals deposit are refundable up to 31 days before travel in 2022, insurance is never refundable, and air may or may not be refundable depending on your ticket. Basic economy airfare is lost forever. Rarely economy might offer a refund. Standard economy “typically” lets you change date and/or destination in 2022. Insurance is unlikely to cover “disinclination”, unless you have an extenuating circumstance that forced you to cancel that is a covered event in the insurance schedule of coverages. Sorry I can’t give you a direct answer, but I hope that helps a tad!
