We just bought a 12 x 14 gazebo today 6-04-2022 and it is a really good deal for $1,699. I checked Overstock, Wayfair, Home Depot, Walmart and 5 other companies and Costco was the best price but beware you have to pick it up in your own truck they don't deliver
