Hard to see but did they drill the bed for the drain holes there? You'd think GM might consider folks putting bed covers on and put a drain hole there.
Most manufactures put holes in the top & bottom of the bed for covers, but Gm only puts them on top of the bed.

Hi, I have a 2021 Colorado zr2 with a sports bar, can you put the RetraxPro MX on that vehicle?
Not sure , we have done other covers with the factory roll bar, but not a Retrax

Decked System don't work on a Retrax cover
Is there a way to safely modify these to work together.. such as not using the drain? Or a similar unit the works with the deck,
I don't think the cover's would clear the the decked system . The canister is too large. @@davids6977
