After looking at this I'm 100% sure that she could have gotten her voice back to what it was in the 90's because this was somewhat close to what it was in the late 90's.
@oskar8112 no it was the cigarettes and if Whitney woulda completely stop smoking her voice woulda fully recovered that was the only thing stopping Whitney was them dam cigarettes 🚬.
Drugs and alcohol really don't affect the voice long term, she wasn't even a drinker, the issue was the cigarettes damaging her lungs and health@@oskar8112

Relaxed, chilled and rested singing around the house probably sounded phenomenal cus this is pretty insane singing

Also, the London concerts were affected by her not able to just fly in because of the flights being stopped so she had to spend half of the day in a coach/bus/ferries so she'd been exhausted and most of the performances show that around that time! I was at Glasgow and she was amazing though!

All the time Whitney was doing drugs and still being able to sing strong, proves that she knew her voice well and could keep up but taking a break the way she did and not performing, made her lose that. Taking her time now when she sings will help truly bring her back home.

Yes..when she was clean from drug and alcohol her voice was ok but when she started to use them she lost it again.

At 1:18 she sung the same big note in i will always love you from the 90's. SHE DIDNT LOSE HER VOICE.

I think that although her voice changed she never lost the ability to show genuine emotion vocals which few artists can do.
It killed me when she giggled at 5:50. She had been through so much, and I just wish she was more happy in life after all she had given us.
