Beef Jerky and a Log Tongs update

Ill provide an update on the log tongs. Thanks to some comments I had received I have made the corrections to ensure they work properly. Then I'm on to making some beef jerky. I use the Recteq smoker and the dehydrator to produce a delicious chewy snack or survival food!
