On line application for students out side the state is not clear. Is it purely online ?. above video it is mentioned that the application form to be downloaded and all other documents to be scanned. After that what to do. in which web site it is to be uploaded. Fee section is showing only the institutes of Karnataka and students registration number also required. What should be filled by the candidates out side karnataka .. what is the actual link for uploading the application

Student registration number is your previous board exam registration number.I have typed my plus two registration number .
