I think the video compilers should clearly state wat factors were taken into consideration while making this videos. Some colleges are not fit to be in this list, and VIMS - a reputed, old govt college is missing from this.

No, agreed Karnataka has highest medical seats but number of students writing NEET and their ranks are pretty high, I know there are states like UP, Bihar with high cutoffs but there are also states like Goa, Telangana etc with much lower cutoffs.
No. Only Tamilnadu has the highest no. of Govt. medical colleges in India and also the highest no. of seats. If you can Google it, you will know.
