The lift hill appeared to be quite slow compared to other SDC Galaxy Coasters. But, the rest of the ride moved quite fast! Thanks for the old footage David! :-D
Ah the old Galaxi from Codonas in Aberdeen. We used to love hanging out the car greasing the track as it went round as part of our daily duties before the park opened. Health & Safety would have a fit nowadays lol :)
This video is old enough to drive in the US.
+Docktor Jim Very true...not too much analogue stuff left to upload now...got so much new material and there is never enough hours of free time to edit it...so I mix in the odd old footage with the new stuff to vary it a bit...got loads of footage from Japan and South Korea (2009) that has never been seen on YT, as well as footage from Italy, Florida, USA, plus non-coaster footage from various cruises, Egypt and a couple of aerobatic flights I did - so much to come!
***** Of all your videos, the one I've most enjoyed was your split screen of "Scenic Railway". It'd be fun to see you do that with an RMC conversion.
+Docktor Jim When I finally get to ride one, I will have that in mind :-)
I first thought that Loudoun was a typo for London. XD
Lift hill is same speed as Python at Efteling: super slow.
very nice ! :-)
My home park used to have something like this
good!!
nice
And THIS replaced the Thunder Loop Express? At least it would later be replaced by the Twist and Shout.
Good
Pronounced Loudoun like loud-on
Its pronounced Loudoun (loud-on)

However you pronounce it, it's sadly been closed for the past 7 years :-(
