    I love these pantry vids because it is hard to know what is worth having and what might be superfluous. Thanks Jeremy and Lee and everybody at SoW!

    Hey Jeremy great vid . So your saying for example Lo mein noodles says on package boil for 4 mins, udon noodles say simmer for 13-14 mins. So just soak them in hot water instead of boiling if your going to stir fry them in a wok

    Thanks that's very helpful. If I was going to use white fish in this recipe would you go with green beans or onion.

    Where in the UK / online shop is the best place to get Thai ingredients? I often see Chinese ingredients but not Thai ? Love Thai soups. Thanks for your videos and God Bless. I will go and look up your friends feeding charity now.

      We usually tend to go to China town, not too sure about online shops for Thai ingredients! Thanks for the support, though! :)

    How much difference does an induction hob at home make compared to cooking with gas at the school. Are you able to get your wok as hot still?

    • @SchoolofWok
      @SchoolofWok  4 роки тому +1

      You are definitely able to get the wok hot enough, it might just take a little longer!

      @SchoolofWok  4 роки тому

      Leave the shrimp paste out and use light soy sauce instead of fish sauce :)

    Can you do this in a wok or are you using a pot for a reason?

    • @SchoolofWok
      @SchoolofWok  4 роки тому

      It's just easier to use a pot for soup dishes!
