As i know java installation is available only on v15 software,on v30 this option was removed

I don't think so.
Many countries are closing down 3g connection. So you at least need 4g and this new nokia 3310's software is outdated. If you want to texy or just call its a good phone but thats it

I know this isn’t the E7 but I want to change the E7 to be CDAM 4G capable. What would I need? To root the phone? To change the antenna?
I don't think that's possible. I don't have the expertise to advise further on this. Sorry.
