Hip Stretch on a Bed | Hip Pain, Low Back Pain Stretch

- This hip stretch is similar to Pigeon pose in yoga, but I like it better.
This version is performed on a bed, bench or elevated surface, which makes it easier to get up & down from, if you're having trouble with that.
To do the stretch:
- A 1-minute hold
- As aggressively as you can handle
- 2-3x/day
- Until it feels pretty free & easy to do on both sides
- Then, "touch-up" for life!
