Today's video, prepared by Joy, is about “eco-friendly living habits”.
Honestly, it is very difficult not to use plastic in our daily lives.
There are still so many things that I still don't know,
so in order to reduce the use of plastic and single use, I decided to start small.
It's nothing special, but I've compiled a small routine that I'm practicing for the environment.
I prepared this with the hope that even small habits like these will help the environment,
so please watch till the end! 🙏🏻
🥛 Almond Milk Recipe
Soak almonds in water for about 30 minutes, then add water to blender and grind.
(Add a pinch of salt and grind.)
Filter finely ground almond milk through a sieve.
It tastes better when cold.😊

Thank you for the great ideas . I reuse peanut butter jars for vegetables and leftovers. Love the idea for silica packages. I have a jar full. Now I know how to use them.

You give some cool ideas. Thank you. 😊 I wanted to mention that silicone products are only recyclable when processed in special plants so vast majority are simply tossed, where they won't decompose for hundreds of years. So, don't feel bad that yr zippered reusable bags are made of plastic and not silicone. Except for the fact that plastic breaks down over time and can get into our foods, environmentally, dunno either is better.

Bamboo is not eco friendly like many people think. It takes a lot of processing, water and other chemicals to make it useable. It just happens to grow fast.
