Hello. Made by two sisters from the U.S., this is SisLetter and today is Joy's video.
It's such a cool day here these days, so it's the perfect weather to open the door and clean. ☀️
Today, I prepared a video where I spend the morning cleaning the kitchen after sending my son to preschool.
After the kitchen video was released, many people have been curious about how to clean the gas stove and how to manage the kitchen.
I don't have any special cleaning secret, but I think my kitchen management secret is to clean after every use.
Even if you neglect it for a just few days, the oil stains and other stains will harden and you will not be able to wipe them off with water, and then cleaning will become more difficult and you end up pushing it off for another day.
So, after using the gas stove, I clean it by wiping it with a wet towel or dishcloth, and cleaning it with baking soda water that is easy to make.
Since each house has a different shape and uses different materials, the cleaning methods will be different for everyone and I wanted to share with you the cleaning methods I usually do.
Even if there is no special method, we can all keep our kitchen clean if we take care of it often. ☺️
There are also ways to clean the range hood filter and make a disinfectant gel for mold stuck between the sink so please watch all the way to the end.🙏🏻

🦐🥖Gambas Recipe/새우 감바스 레시피
Ingredients: Baguette Bread, Olive Oil, 15-20 Shrimp, 15 Garlic pieces, 2 Red Peppers, 4 Mushrooms, 7 Tomatoes, 1/2T Salt, 1T Fish Sauce
1. Soak frozen shrimp in cold water for 30 minutes to defrost, then drain the water.
2. Prepare the ingredients by slicing garlic, red pepper, mushroom and tomato.
3. Bake the baguette in a toaster or pan.
4. Add garlic and red pepper to 200ml of olive oil and saute slowly with low heat until garlic is golden brown. (High fire ❌)
5. Adjust the seasoning by adding 1/2T of salt.
6. Add shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes, and 1T fish sauce and saute until shrimp are cooked.
(Turn off the heat when the shrimp are cooked. Be careful not to saute for too long, as the prawns will become tough.)
🧼 Disinfectant Gel (This is a method that was introduced on a TV program in the past. I tried it and it works, so I make it often and use it to clean mold in the kitchen or bathroom 😊)
Ingredients: 2 glasses of hot water, 1 glass of bicarbonate of soda, 5 glasses of baking soda, 2 glasses of salt (based on a soju glass/shot glass)
1. Add 1 percarbonate of sodium percarbonate to 2 hot water and dissolve enough.
2. Divide baking soda into 5 parts and add one by one. (Stir in between to avoid lumps.)
3. Lastly, add salt and stir.
4. Apply to mold and use.

헉 코팅되면 구연산수나 과탄산은 하면안되는걸까요?? 엄청 썼는데.... 어느분은 베이킹소다수 말고 소다 그자체로 써야된다구 하시고 다들 다르셔서.. 잘닦이는게 맞는거겠죠?
코팅이 되어있으면 아무래도 코팅이 벗겨질 수 있어서… 과탄산소다는 스테인레스 이외에는 사용하지 않구 있어요😭 사실 베이킹소다수보다 파우더가 실제로 효과는 더 좋지만, 하얀 잔여물 청소하기 힘들어서 저는 물을 섞어 사용하는데 너무 심한 찌는때가 아니라면 베이킹 소다수로 저는 잘 되더라구요~근데 상태에 따라서 다를 수 있으니 참고 부탁드려요💕🙏🏻

안녕하세요~저는 아마존이나..조금 더 저렴한 사이트 찾아서 구매하고 있어요.
sodium per carbonate 라고 검색해서 찾으시면 되는데 가격은 조금 있는 편이라
자주 구매하지는 못해요.. 한국제품에 비해 입자가 굵고 물에 잘 녹지 않는 것 같아요..
