He doesn't cover Donna Lee specifically, but rather his general concept for writing bass lines. In the book it's pages 77-95 (Etudes 10, 11 and 12). Pg 77 lays out his general approach and the remaining pages take you through sample lines.

On what page did you find walking bass study in Rufus Reids Evolving Bassist book. I have that book but can find nothing about Donna Lee.
