Bro had one of the most epic post season performances of any athlete in history. He tied a record for most RBIs in a World Series and did it within a 5 game span whereas the previous record was for 7 games-- and he did it with an ankle injury!
Freddie talking about still doing batting practice with his dad made me tear up a bit. Family being supportive is the most important aspect of anyone’s life.
@@marsrecordingsHe’s such an awesome guy from this interview you get the passion & love he has for the game! It’s almost like he’s just playing in little league’s still with his M8s. Just a great player who seems to be so down to earth which is very rare in today’s world. Amazing production from Freddie and the whole Dodgers team. Top man. ⚾️. ✌️
I love how genuinely excited and curious the Kelce’s are. Jason had his mouth open in wonder listening to Freddie talk about how he positions himself to hit the ball. 😂 I love it! That’s why I love this show. They always seem like they are living their kid dreams. 😊
I love how laid back he is with them lol I'm soo happy to hear him say he loves to play and win games for the city of LA! He's one of the few players who truly appreciates the fans & know hows much this means to our city!!!
Freddie is just the BEST He made this Atlanta fan pull for the Dodgers. :-) 3 great guys hanging out and talking about life and sports - this was awesome!
Nothing like bonus episodes on a Friday! It’s needed this week. I smiled through this entire episode. My son is a freshman D1 baseball player and I sent this to him to watch. I know he would enjoy it.
@@WoahLookAtThatFreak Damn can’t we just watch our shows without you all being such sycophants?! My work week has been stressful and yet you assume it’s about DT. Fukking get a life.
what a fantastic interview!!! I've never watched baseball but I raced to go watch Freddie hit his walk off- Grand slammmmm. Another reason why I LOVE New heights, I'm always learning about great players and electric plays.
As a Braves fan, I absolutely love Freddie. Was gutted when he went to the Dodgers and chose not to stay in Atlanta, but happy for him and his family that he is still having great success.
@joeafarias Actually, Braves made their best and final offer, Freddie's agent told them no without telling Freddie the full details( money was actually very similar especially after tax implications), so then they traded for Matt Olsen. Why do you think Freddie immediately fired his agent?
@@joeafarias Riley is our 3B, you meant to say Olson. There’s still plenty of gray area that Freddie’s not wanting to discuss but seeing him in ATL that season and tears flowing down really says something. Not to mention that he fired his agent just after that.
What a perfect interview with a special man by two other special men. My Dad was always a Dodgers fan so this year was so special. Thank you for sharing.
As a lifer Charger and Dodger girl, I just want to say that this was a wonderful episode. You two are such great interviewers and I really had a blast listening to the home town guy Freddie. I grew up in Orange so I was stoked when I found out he was coming to the Dodgers. Thank you again for such a great podcast!
Great interview, Freddie is a real charmer and so funny. Congratulations, Freddie, on being MVP and you and the Dodgers winning the World Series. You are amazing. Enjoy Canada.
Congratulations to you Freddie Freaking Freeman and my favorite baseball team. I enjoyed watching the team of so much this year I probably had high blood pressure this whole season. My son and I drove 4.5 hours from Central Cali to watch your parade… which made up from 2020. 🎉thank you for the 6 HR it was amazing to watch.
Listening to Freddie, In most interviews the guys (Dodgers) always talk about how the team were so special this year. As one could tell also from the numerous footage from the Dugouts. Ohtani, not only had [another] historical season, but he really hit the jackpot with great new teammates who just welcomed him and accepted him so warmly. It’s not just talent but also a very real special group of guys who had incredible chemistry and bond, which resulted in WS win this year. ❤
Wow. Great pod.. Feddie is so open and articulate!! It was fascinating to hear what it's like to be in such a historic moment. (Even if he doesn't remember any of it.. hahaha..) And the importance of time with his father! You guys rock!! Happy B Day Jason!! #pickleballchris #tylerwrenpropickleball #OptaHealthAndWellness #rawpickleballbuzz #Pickleball
This 40+ years Giants fan LOVES her some Freddie Freeman!! He and Mookie are two of the best of the best in MLB. True Ambassadors of the game. Great vid, first time listener. Love this kind of wholesome content with a little bit of cussin’! 😂
This Dodgers fan still in euphoric state if being, where baseball highlights, inerviews, replays still going on! Woohoo! Was in stadium for Gibby's 1988 blast and this one was awesome & even better CUZ YANKEES but on TV this time. 💙💙💙💙
Yeah, you can tell Freddie is a great teammate and leader. He’s definitely still playing for the love of the game like he’s still playing LL and not so much for the ‘money’… definitely a guy you can like no matter who your favorite team is. Great interview/pod !!!
Niner/Giants fan here so genetically programmed to dislike all three of these dudes. Can't. These guys are just great. Three HOFers. Congrats, Freddie.
Have you noticed that Jason and Travis are just getting so good at doing their show. They are in the groove, and it's just a fun conversation with great athletes.
When he's talking about looking inside or outside and checking off pitches if they're in the wrong spot. . . . That is insane. He has about 1 3rd of a second to make thay decision. That's insane
Freddie might be the only guy who smiles more than these two
Love it too
He always brings the vibe
Teoscar enters the room. Lol
FREDDIE DONT SHARE YOUR TECHNIQUES .... THE OTHER SIDE IS STUDYING YOU STUDY THEM 😂
With white teeth like his, why not smile 😂

Don't forget the rib cartilage fracture he had. And forgot to mention
Ankle AND rib injury
I have goose bumps listening to Freddie talk his grand slam. So humble.
Freddie seems like the chillest dude ever. Dude was an absolute beast in the playoffs.
Grown professional men loving and appreciating their Dads, doesn't get better 🥰
Freddie talking about still doing batting practice with his dad made me tear up a bit. Family being supportive is the most important aspect of anyone’s life.

You wouldn't think that watching 3 grown men talk about the bond they share with their dads over baseball would lead you to tears, but here we are.

SO excited y'all got Freddie on here! As a Braves fan, I was rooting for him in particular so hard in the WS, and he played amazingly.
Seeing 3 character dudes having great discussion. Nothing better.
The two guys are talking over Freddie 🥴
love this episode! the energy was great & Freddie is so humble & sweet!
Freddie is awesome. Love this humble guy with smiles a lot. Go Freddie.
“It only hurts when I miss” ⚾️ What a great quote, knowing after what he did in the World Series
Freddie is one of those personalities who comes with the tag "as advertised".
Freddie is the best!! Forever Braves fan but also a forever Freddie fan no matter what team he is on!🤘
With a personality as lovable as his I will always be a braves fan AND a Freddie fan

Freeman is without a doubt one of the nicest guys in the game and an easy guy to root for!
Freddie doesn’t really do media rounds so it’s awesome to have him on!
I love having the 2 episodes a week!
Freddie and family are sweet! I’m a Braves fan but always cheering for Freddie and Dansby. Enjoyed cheering the Dodgers on this series.

I'm a Dodgers fan but that's now how it went down. The braves traded for Riley first, so he had to choose to go somewhere else. Glad he chose LA
