    Immediately after use kindly close the formula. It doesn't need much exposure, thanks

    You are supposed to let the water come to a boil to kill bacteria and then let it cool to room temperature before using.

      That’s only for tap water, he’s using filtered water meaning his refrigerator comes with a water filter.

      If you’re not sure about what type of water you have or choose to use you can consult with your pediatrician.

      @@jennd2419 Distilled water is purified water. If you buy a jug from the store you don't need to boil that the first day, but you should boil it every day thereafter because the moment it's open it's exposed to bacteria. You're right that most all water needs to be boiled!

      It’s nothing to do with the water having bacteria it’s the FORMULA that contains or may contain harmful bacteria !! Which is why you should boil your water to atleast 70 degrees abs mix it with the formula to kill the germs then you can top it up with pre boiled cooled water !!! I don’t understand why no one is doing that

    At 1:20 congratulations on making colicky baby. You are not supposed pack the scoop (no tapping and packing) but level it off with something like butter knife. This is due to formula makers design not getting the right size scoops

    • @RNScrub
      @RNScrub  2 роки тому

      It depends what you consider newborn feeding so always consult your pediatrician first so that the newborn can get the proper amount of nutrients. This video only shows how to mix the formula so whether it’s newborn or infant formula it should work.

    I'm gonna use parents choice purple labeled formula,cause,that works more than gentlease & enfimil itself.,but,they don't make that,as,Toddler formula.,should I use a different brand of toddler formula,or,breastfeed my adopted children?

    If,my babies are allergic to water,and/or,don't have access to it,I'm gonna use lactaid milk & add baby formula to that,if,my babies drink it,when,allergic,they could die,some critters (humans & animals) have an allergy to it♡x○☆

    Can i make warm water by put water in the microwave Sir

    • @RNScrub
      @RNScrub  3 роки тому

      It’s best not to warm water in the microwave because of excessive radiation (for those who are extra careful), and to also be weary of the container you microwave your water in for fear of having any of the material potentially leak into the water. Also, there may be “hot spots”, but we suppose if you’re extremely careful and have no choice but to, then do so.

    • @RNScrub
      @RNScrub  6 років тому +2

      2ml of water and 1 scoop of the formula. usually the formula will tell you how much water and how much scoops you need.

    • @RNScrub

      I would ask your primary doctor but breastfeeding is mostly recommends unless you going to do strictly formula would be first few days of life. But to wean baby off of breastfeeding about 6 months you can start.

      The dr browns options bottles normally leak if you shake them because it sits on that vent and gets around the ring, but thats why I shake it without the vent and let it settle before putting the vent in

    • @kristenalmonte1110
      @kristenalmonte1110 5 років тому +3

      Why? Omg. Because water was not boiled? Yes, using water that has been sitting out sounds risky to me. I thought boiling kills bacteria. Then I refrigerate & warm bottle up. It's extra steps, but you want to prevent bacteria. I am going to check with nurse.

    • @user-qf2kj8yf7w
      @user-qf2kj8yf7w 5 років тому

      Az Lania calm down guys, most probably he’s just being sarcastic. Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction, has nothing to do with water not being boiled.
