    Palestinian woman Sara, who has a bachelor's degree in health and nutrition, says starting work at The Beautiful Bunch after arriving in Australia in January has been a welcome relief.
    'The journey before was really hard because we got out from Gaza - this was the hardest thing ever," says Sara. "But when we were sent here, people were welcoming'
