He is talking about his wife. Roisin Conaty tried to set them and was sure they were going to get married so when Roisin gave John Lucy's number, he saved it as "my wife"
Let me guess? You had a job as well? Those types tend to forget that bit when they repeat "back in the day the woman took care of the home. Those were real women!" Forgetting that those women didn't go off to work everyday as well. That's WHY they had all that time to do everything... smh
Were you a stay home mum? Or did you work to? Because if you’re both working then it’s both of you that needs to get stuck into the house work. However if you’re a house spouse, than that’s all on you.
Well, to be fair, regarding the dishwasher situation... you shouldn't have to instruct adults on how to "adult". It may make you seem like a bell-end, but it's really the other party who's behaving like one - and putting you in the unenviable position of bell-ending yourself. Wait... What?
How is the google profiting from one-liner sock puppets making comments? Plus more offensive ads! Maybe depoliticizing America's legal system would help? So: "A nonpartisan Justice may compel two recusals by junior partisan Justices." How about that idea?
It's a callback to something earlier in the show. He got her number from a mutual friend who wanted to set them up, iirc. It's a strange choice by this channel to end a clip on a joke that's missing the setup.
@robvespa it's called comedy. In case you haven't noticed, comedians take their comedy skits from life... it's what makes it so funny - most of us can identify with the jokes. Maybe look in one of your drawers...you clearly packed your sense of humor away
Maybe you're not familiar with his wife & her work, she's a gem. Given he's such a nerd, she's a great foil with a brilliant attitude and sense of humour.

@@manyfeathers9216 I have seen his one about his OCD. I'm just saying in response to the OP, that comedians exaggerate and use artistic licence to bend the truth for the laughs. It's based on real life experience yet not verbatim. Maybe they haven't seen much of Lucy and John together? I find them hilarious. Earlier in the show he explains how he'd already gotten her number from a mutual friend. The friend said "You'll end up marrying this girl" and so he saved her number as 'my wife' as a joke.
his actual wife is such a match for him.

Lol
6:25 is how I actually ask friends to leave my house now XD
Love how some people are using the comments to revive their own domestic disputes 😂
Calling the toothpaste tube a minty sleeping bag was a nice bit of word play.
LOVE Jon!
Jon Richardson stole my move.
Me ex wife and I had that same issue with the dishwasher. Forks, tine side up. Nooooooo….. 🤣
That's why she's your ex, right? :-p
Anyone know where I can find his full specials? I getting tired of just seeing these small clips on UA-cam...
Netflix
Plenty of torrent sites and the movie name is in the description
@@justinsmith4562 It's not on Netflix, at least not in my country
Whole seperate bathrooms. It’s the only way❤
The key to successful marriage in my experience is completely separate houses
My wife does the same with the toothpaste. I just don't get it.
🤣🤣🤣
Any sane and logical person knows you squeeze the toothpaste at the bottom.
Jon Richardson on Seducing His Wife | Nidiot | Universal Comedy. Wow encore, Alan...
My ex would expect me to do everything and then get angry when i didnt. He never cooked, cleaned, washed, drove.... ANYTHING

Single occupancy discount?? What in the world??
This is the first I’ve heard of any financial benefit for being single!
@@sallyneary1996 Yeah, really! Or is it that double, triple occupancy pay more but saying that single occupancies get a discount sounds better? 🤣

Sounds like perhaps Jon didn't pick the right one for him.

Do you know what artistic licence is mate? It's comedy, not a biographical explanation of his actual real life verbatim.

Why would he have a nickname for someone's phone number he is newly receiving? False story for laughs but it doesn't work.

Yeah, and that story is corroborated by both him and his wife. Definitely real so far as I can tell.
Toothpaste tube joke's a bit out of date, given the prevalence of plastic containers nowadays.
