How much porblems do you have right now in this present moment , mostly none.... Negative thoughts oftem also are kind a paradigm , negative thoughts attract negative thoughts. How about feeding your conscious mind with positive thoughts ?! You can change your mind and or thoughts through a shock or more comfy through the repetition of information.

Blacks against whites, everyone against blacks; women against men, everyone against white men; left against right, when the basic foundations of their beliefs are identical. My mother's family escaped from Communist Russia and I have heard the same stories, over and over - Cuba, Venezuela, China, Vietnam, Russia...and now the US. Now they want total control over all resources, including food, in the name of Climate Change. We are heading into the darkest period of all mankind. Practice love and presence NOW. It will be too late once it is too late to change the course.
I love Tolle but I believe sometimes even he isn't fully conscious. That's usually when hes mind activates and he starts talking about something "interesting" like history for an example.. That doesn't mean what he's saying is wrong. It's just something I've noticed after watching hundreds of his videos through many years. I remember in one of his videos with Oprah many years ago he specifically said I quote: "If I lose consciousness please tell me because I will have no clue when and if it happens". 😊 God Bless
