You are right, but that tank only holds a max of 50 litres and there is rarely that much in it. But having said that its all money so I may well look into that.

There is a separate vent under the gunwals so no need to have one in the cap.

As you have to have a new cap made would it be worth getting a locking system fitted as some boaters are having diesel stolen from their tanks
