So happy to see this. Every once in a while I see &/or hear something which reinforces & verifies my patriotism, my love for this great country. It makes me feel like all the little things like this outweigh all the negative shit going on. Happy for these children & I hope whatever program they joined to do this continues, grows & expands.

How you can explain that Ukraine haves other culture and language? Ukrainian sounds more like polish or belarusian. Most of russians cant understand ukrainian. We are not "brothers" and we never gonna be. I can also remind you the Holodomor - genocide in 1931-1933 organized by soviet russian goverment, also there was a wars, for example first Ukrainain-Sovietic war, or Ukrainian Partisan war. All this time we tried to fu*ing make independence. Russians tried to destroy our culture and make us "Russians", and even in the days of the USSR, they rewrote the whole history for themselves, for example, they called the Hetmanate, Kievan Rus, the Galicia-Volinsky principality - Russian, and it's a shame that people believe in it.

There was a boys baseball team from South Africa that came to the US to play in a championship. The young boys were fascinated by not having to use the bathroom in an outhouse and to have a quick source of hot water.

8,3 million refugees left Ukraine since feb 2022, around 6,2 million are still abroad while more then a million returned to the country. Which country host the largest number of refugees from Ukraine, around 2,7 million? Second is Germany with 1,5 million refugees.
