When I play a medieval fantasy type game, I sometimes think a character is cute, badass, or really wise. But then I remember, they ain't got no toilet paper.
He slapped the shit out of a strong vampire that could easily kill him that was the funniest moment in castlevania but why is it that Dragon wants Dracula back when his plans is to eradicate all humans and it'll affect him too being a vampire?
I think Dragan wasn’t too aware of Dracula’s real plan like the generals that were present at the castle in Season 2. So since him and his subsequent lieutenants were probably elsewhere in Wallachia they didn’t see what for instance, Carmilla and Godbrand saw.
@Kaizoku Sleven oh ok that explains allot thanks for clarifying. Btw I know I said I was hyped for Richter but damn they didn't have to skip Simon like that 😭 great castlevania videos though 👍
@@dieselx999 Lol thanks man. Yea, it's unfortunate cuz Simon is a beast too. I presume they'll do some flash back scene or episode to catch us up on the Belmonts who came before him.
@Kaizoku Sleven they probably just skip through the Belmonts since it's allot of generations like 10 and hopefully but I doubt it since Simon is Richer's great great grandson chances are they never met
St. Germain is a great character. Curse of Darkness is one of my favorite Castlevania games so I was super happy to see him in the show and even more happy to see him with the outfit he had in that game. Thank you for another great character breakdown!
I think the change of not having Saint Germaine already in mastery of the infinite Corridor is a good one for the show. It really builds him as a rounded character that would be intrested in the betterment of other. I did not like how he did the heal turn to evil in season 4. It really made no sense to everything we had seen of him how fast he went evil. Maybe if we had longer to see him making little choices that changed his alignment bit by bit until he saw what he was doing as right
@Kaizoku Sleven I get Germaine was not a main character, and so he did not get the time the others did. Problem is that made his shift to evil seem disconnected
i love ur analysis on castlevania charecters ; deep, meaningful and with ur well shown opinion. i'll love to see more castlevania content like this about charecters like Lisa (mostly her impact on the story and ur opinion on her symbolism), and Death (aka Varny). countinue with ur great content, do what you really love to, and thank you for all ur hard work ( btw i love ur starwars conetent as well), happy new year and good luck :))
Truly appreciate those words & Happy New Year to you too. As far as making analysis for Lisa and Varney, I didn't plan on it because there isn't that much content on both characters comparable to the others. If enough people make a demand for either? We'll see
With all these Castlevania Character-Analysis videos you're doing, I hope that mean you've got one for Death in store, sometime down the line. I'd love to hear your thoughts on him and his place in the story.
@@KaizokuSlevenI feel like there’s not a lot to analyze there, he’s smart and crafty yeah but only because he’s so old and everyone else is going by the misconception he wants to do what they’re doing, the reality is he’s hungry and this will help him feed, he’s like a tiger saving food for later. It’s smart but it’s not really because he’s trying to be, in fact he doesn’t even try to pretend he’s smart he just is. He’s just an old tired killer looking for his next meal, he’s done playing around and using fancy words, he doesn’t care he’s just hungry.
Saint Germain and Dracula are similar when it comes to being with someone they love . Off I. laughed when you bring the Boondocks I watched that when I was young
Would love a Death/Varney video. I know we don't have much material but his in-game lore is extensive and could reveal cool details many of us didn't see
Been binging your Castlevania content. Great work. Have you thought about doing a video about Death? He's presence hasn't been the strongest in the anime but it was a spectacular culmination.
I absolutely adore all of your work, and your thoughtful take on Castlevania's characters is like on another level. I can only wonder if you could make an analysis on Lenore, there is like cero content about her on the media and I think you could do an amazing job.
Im glad that they were to your liking. As far as Lenore, I didn't have any plan to make an analysis on her because she doesn't have that much content but if enough people want it? It can be considered for a future video
@@KaizokuSleven I wonder if any of the NFC artists worked on Boondocks. Also , that kid will be president of the United States someday and he'll still be a f****** idiot! RIP Ed Wuncler Asner. For that matter rest in peace Charlie Murphy and Johnny Witherspoon.
great video saint germain is one of my favorite characters on the show and this was nicely done but question, is there a man on this show who was not driven by love? bro damn lol! the power of love indeed!
So, the Count of Saint-Germain practically inspired the characters of Bram Stroker's Count Dracula, Gandalf from the Tolkien Legendarium, as well as both the Renegade Time Lords named The Doctor and The Meddling Monk (least, both partially) from Doctor Who??
There isn't that much content on Varney, especially since he only appeared in Season 4 which was rushed. But if enough people make a demand? I might do it
I feel his anime counterpart fits more with the Castlevania universe than his video game counterpart. Also his video game counterpart is odd since he does not really do much in Curse of Darkness and his intentions are never revealed. Saint Germain in the anime is much more interesting since he adds more stakes in the story and a motivation.

Saint Germain is truly the most knowledgeable man in the Castlevania universe, he's the only person to know of toilet paper.
What the fuck is toilet paper?
😂 it fits so well given the setting all of this takes place in.
@@kamikazelemming1552 It’s Chinese! Good Morning Judge.

saint germain, the captain, Isaac, hector, are my favorite characters. they are soo well written!
You'll definitely love to see him appearing in Castlevania Curse of Darkness, he gives the same charm as in the show
Saint Germain's story reminded me of Gatsby, chasing a love that was but a memory
Hmm, yea it is pretty similar.
I really liked that they got Bill Nighy to do the voice of Saint Germain. He really did that character justice :)

This is what happens when a character in a midlife crisis gets trapped into a transdimensional time vortex off-series.
Yea it would've been nice to see him be utilized throughout all 4 seasons. Especially in his full potential as an alchemist & time traveler
@Kaizoku Sleven I get Germaine was not a main character, and so he did not get the time the others did. Problem is that made his shift to evil seem disconnected
All he had to do warship zejeet

That was interesting. Well done 👍🏻
Nice work 👏
Thank you
In life, power is not about beign able to beat the shit out of someone or lobbies, it is more about power on your self and freedom

Saint germains story was just sad
Very unfortunate
Am I the only one that suspects that the woman he is chasing isn't actually real? She doesn't speak at all in the flashbacks.
I think it's a mirage implanted in his mind by Death since the 1st time he made it to the corridor.

I think both version work well. Only difference is the video counterpart was never expanded upon which is why it feels that way.
