    Are the replacement parts of quality? I use to repair my g7 charging port but the replacement charging ports were always inferior quality compared to original

    Great video my friend! I just bought this phone, a week ago. Great phone! Love it! Fast for what I need, lots of storage and great RAM for the apps I use while working. Excellent video Sir, just in case it breaks on me, now I see how easy it is to repair. I've repaired my Samsung S6 and the Samsung A11 prior, I see the A11 is similar to this breakdown and repair. Thanks!

    My headphone jack seems to be damaged from using a poor fitting cable. Is it possible to find replacement part for the jack or is there a usb to audio jack cable that can be used if the headphone jack goes bad?

    thanks for this one
    this reminds me of my first android smartphone samsung galaxy s5, it was a great phone, I held to it for 3 years, replaced one battery and replaced the "phone" when GPS failed cos I moved to a new city. it was IP64 but you could easily unsnap the rear case and replace the battery, nothing was glued.

      @@PBKreviews thank you for this vid I got a couple questions you said theres some adhesive around the fingerprint scanner and the cameras when taking off the back cover. Does that have to be replaced before putting the cover back on? Thanks

    Are you going to stress test and disassemble the nothing phone?

      If I am able to get one early enough, I will do a teardown on it.

    I take it that the primary and secondary microphones are soldered to the board? have you ever removed these?

    Its unreal how there's so many versions of this phone and so difficult to find just the model XT2045-3 battery removal.
    I guess this is as close as we can get.
    I did get rear cover off, but it's fully glued on, and probably a heat source should have been applied besides using credit card to separate cover 100%.
    Maybe a moment in the New Air Fryer is the trick...
    Cheers

      All of the region models would be the same teardown process, the only difference the different region models have usually are the sub board antenna layout and network bands etc. But the disassembly is the same. As for removing the back, yeah applying heat will loosen the adhesive to make it easier to pry off. Also for the battery, it is also glued down so you would need to apply heat, or use some isopropyl alcohol and apply it to the sides of the battery so it goes underneath, and eats away at the adhesive, making it easier to pry off. Just incase you need it, here is a link: www.ifixit.com/products/ifixit-adhesive-remover?variant=39915173740647 and also you can find original replacement parts for this phone at www.mobilesentrix.com

      If the Fuel is never treated,
      Any Power product will refuse to start after 3_4 months,
      Where the low speed jet deep in the carb will no longer allow fuel and air to mix if allowed to get contaminated by moisture.
      The fuel can used to fill these tools should be treated with a Stabilizer.
      Keep this container protected high & dry.
      If typical garage is affected by the damp concrete floor, putting the container 3ft up will get it out of wettest conditions.
      Before running any gas engine, drain the carb fuel bowl to allow fuel coming in to flush out garbage and water.
      Cheers

    Any other tips for removing the battery? I have ethyl alcohol and a plastic guitar pick. I have a new screen and digitizer that I'm trying to move it to so if I ruin the strip under the battery that's okay.

      You can use isopropyl alcohol (like this one: www.ifixit.com/Store/Tools/iFixit-Adhesive-Remover/IF145-400?o=3) and get some under the battery so it eats away at the adhesive making it easier to pry off. Usually you can let it sit for 30 seconds and then try prying so it loosens it up a bit.

    My Motorola g power screen turn blue and reboot please what is the cost of that

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  Рік тому

      Cost varies from place to place depending on where you find the part to purchase. But all depends on what the problem is. Can be water damage causing that, which might not be repairable. Can also be a defective screen.

      The physical button itself is on the back housing, once you remove the back housing you can pull it out and replace it. But the clicker is on a flex cable, you would need to take the phone apart and remove the motherboard to pry off and replace the flex cable with clicker.

    • @SilverTechRepair
      @SilverTechRepair 2 роки тому

      @PBKreviews The clicker flex cable is definitely on the lcd frame. I received a new lcd with frame to fix one of these units, but it did not come with the power button, vibration motor, or what seems to be the ear speaker. Is there a simple way to transfer these without severe risk of damage?
