I am speechless. Passed my PMP, AT in all areas and THE ONLY study materials I used was yours David. Pmbook 73 video series, key concepts 50 videos, 1 hour roll up and these questions. Your voice is embedded in my head and I think I almost talk with an accent. I listened to your materials at the gym, on the bus, during work..... you are amazing, thank you for what you do.❤🎉
I failed my first attempt, in April 2024. After one month, I decided to try and started studying again, I spoke with a lady passed at first attempt and she introduced me to your videos. Your video changed everything, Process, 200, 150 and 100 questions helped and it's FREE. I passed on 20th of August 2024. Thanks so much Sir and God bless you.
i wrote mine in June and i failed it because the way the questions were set was different from David's scenario based questions . i hope that the next time i attempt it would be more like his scenario based ones it was most drag and drop and several lines long questions and several lines option which made it difficult . i wonder if they were trying outa different type of questions ? i do hope i dont encounter them on my next attempt it made me feel unprepared or unserious like i never prepared for the exam.
@tsakanimathye3376 No, they weren't the same. But I listened to the way Mr David analysed each question, his elimination method on the options, and why I would have failed if I had chosen my wrong options or passed if I choose the right option. Mr David's method on each question was the same for me. Wishing you success.
David, I just finished my exam yesterday and passed with AT. I wouldn’t have done it without your videos - I think people who manage to find your videos are God’s favourite!! I did 200/150/51 and most of the waterfall questions! If you here are reading this, keep practicing! You got this!!
David, I spent $2500 on a boot camp to prepare me for the PMP exam. Upon finishing it I was more confused than when I had initially started. After reviewing your 150 Q&A, 50 video series and 1 hour complete PMP body of knowledge video (7th Edition). I am pleased to say I passed the PMP exam and was very confident in most of my answers with about 14 hours of studying your material. Thank you for taking the time to educate us.
I can't thank you enough for being my savior. During the start of the exam, all I could remember was David's strategy to eliminate options, break down the question into parts, use keywords for identification, and strategically align it with the concepts. Gradually, as the exam progressed, my brain cleared up and the concepts started kicking in, but the strategy remained the same. I talked to myself occasionally throughout the exam, exactly in David's words and tone, I believe in you, you can do it, and I did it! I passed the PMP with T/T/AT. You are a rare gem, David. I hope more people benefit from your lessons and motivation.
Hi Shreyasi - Congratulations, how many % you were getting in mocks & in specially this David's videos of 150, 100 & 200 questions? How was the actual Exam questions?
Congratulations!! I had a very similar experience during my exam: I talked to myself how David does on his videos. David is a great leader, great teacher.
I passed my PMP exam on my first attempt today, 11/01/2024. Thanks David!!! you are awesome. For those still preparing for the exam, I used David's 150 PMBOOK Agile video and 100 Waterfall. They helped me a lot. I also did the 260 practice exam from the PMI site.
David, I can hardly believe but I just passed my PMP (AT in 2 areas)!!! I kid you not, I was looking at the exam screen and I was imagining your lovely face in the bottom right. In my head I could hear your voice discussing these questions with me. You are incredible! You taught me so many concepts and I obtain so much PMP exam knowledge from you. I will keep watching your videos because I will experience a void now.
@@davidmclachlanproject I appeared for CAPM exam today and passed all the domains with an "Above Target" grade. Thanks David for all the helpful videos and the pep talk. Your videos are certainly a blessing for anyone who wants to clear and excel in these exams. God bless! ❤️
I passed my PMP today thanks to this lovely person. Whenever I reached a difficult question I read it in my "David" voice and we worked through it together. Thank you so much David!
Hello everyone. I failed the PMP exam my first time taking it, but after buckling down and watching David's 200 Agile, 150 PMBOK 7, and Waterfall 100 Questions videos I was able to pass the exam the second time yesterday. I watched each video, pausing at the question to give my best guess, and then resuming to let him explain not just the right answers but also the wrong answers too. After watching all 3 videos I took a break and took practice exams elsewhere and came back to David's videos again to refresh and shore up knowledge. I passed with AT, AT, and T. Thank you so much David, not just for the videos, but for the encouragement too!
Hi Jason. I have a feeling that David’s questions are easier than the one in PMP exam. I am able to answer them and they are intuitive. I wonder of the level of difficulty of the real PMP exam is the same?
Just passed my PMP on Friday and wanted to thank you for your videos and the effort you put in to prep people. I really only studied for a week based off this video, your processes videos and the drag and drop video. I am not a project manager yet, but these videos prepped me on how to tackle each question. I could actually hear your voice in my head as i read through the questions lol. Anyways, thanks again for everything!!
I failed my PMP a day before our first son was born last December. Almost a year later, I thought it would be impossible to study and pass after feeling so discouraged while balancing learning how to be a new dad. I was recommended your videos and they helped me pass a few days ago! Thank you for being such a light and helping be my primary source of study. You are incredible!
I passed my PMP two days ago. I watched all of Davids Q&A videos and all the Drag and Drop from beginning to end. It was hours of dedication, but it paid off big time! Thank you, David for your approach to PMP exam practice and solid PMP experience was key to my success!
Bro, I was studying all the time and no matter how hard I tried, I could not connect the various project management pieces together to understand the bigger picture of how processes worked. I was stuck memorizing different parts of project management as isolated items and couldn’t connect the dots. I stumbled across your videos, and they changed my life. Every weekend during the last month before my exam, I would wake up and spend hours listening to your lessons. The way you explain each item and how you articulate your thought processes as you navigate the questions truly made the difference. I was finally able to connect the dots and when I would review my study material, it started to make significantly more sense. I passed my PMP exam today with above target in all three areas, and YOU made the difference. I already recommended you to my friends who are pursuing their PMP certification. You are making a HUGE difference in the lives of our aspiring project managers. Your lessons saved me; keep up the great work! Thank you and God bless!
Thank you very much david, i passed my PMP with Above Target in all area, i studied your 200 agile Questions, 150 pmbok7 questions,100waterfall questions, 1hour of complete pmbok 7 edition..while reading the exam questions, automatically i heard your voice and the way you analize and eliminate the non relate answer very helpfull to get the right choices Once more...thank you very much david
If you are finding this video and David -- you are have found the golden ticket to a passing PMP! David's videos were my saving grace and helped to reverse 35 hours of terrible instruction from a diploma mill school! I cannot thank you enough, without this video the 100 Waterfall, and the 200 Agile question video I would have been in some serious trouble! Again THANK YOU DAVID!
I would recommend David to anyone who is taking the PMP test. I took my test last week and passed above target in Business and People and at target in Process on my first try! After months of stressing the test and not really studying consistently, I finally booked it and gave myself 2 weeks to buckle down. All I did was listen to David (PMBOK 150, Agile 200, PMBOK 6th Edition 100 - used to be called Waterfall Questions, PMBOK in One Hour and The Only Thing You Need to Pass the PMP). The way he breaks down the questions and answers is how you need to work through each question on the actual test. Thank you, David for all of your wisdom and encouragement.
I’ve been study for 2 months and I am answering almost all of these questions correctly. If I am answering all these questions easily, do you think I am ready?
I NEVER post comments on UA-cam videos but this video deserves one! Thanks David for your huge help! I passed my PMP exam today with AT on all 3 areas! I was skeptical when I read other people’s comments but I swear I could hear your voice in my head as I went through the exam’s questions! Thanks again for making the studying process understandable AND bearable!
Hey David, I just passed my PMP exam with AT/T/AT standings, your videos were just the panacea needed for the tough exam. In many tricky questions I remembered your tone of how eliminating the suspect responses and smoothly selected the most fit one which felt very heartwarming. I truly recommend David’s 150 PMBOK and 200 Agile questions to anyone wants to have a smooth experience on the exam session. Good luck everyone✌️
Dear David, First of all I am very happy to inform you that I have cleared my PMP today. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you that this would never be possible without ur study material. To be very precise I just went through only ur 150 pmbok+ 200 agile+ 100 waterfall + 50 key concepts. Nothing else. U made me look like a different person all together with ur clear presentations and knowledge. Infact even trainings didn't provide these many information. Once again thanks a lot for ur tremendous presentations which is helping every professional across the world. thanks a lot and lots of love from India❤
Hello, congratulations on passing the PMP. I wanted to hear from you how hard the real exam was compared to this video. Also, while going through this video, how many answers did you get correct?
I am very excited and thrilled to say that i have passed my PMP exam in the first attempt and i cant thank you enough for this great accomplishment as this was a significant milestone for me. Your video series really helped me to understand the mindsets & concepts without which it was impossible for me to achieve this certification. Thankyou once again!
Hi, yesterday I passed exam and I'm now officially PMP certified! Now I don't want to show off or anything, but I've collected my PDUs roughly a year ago and I probably forgotten all of the lectures that I've been listening to. However, for preparation I ONLY watched this video. It helped me to understand how to think in regards of answering questions during the exam. I thank you so much for showing me the logic behind the questions. YOU ROCK!
Like everyone else, I had to come back and tell you that as of yesterday, I am now PMP certified! I passed the exam with AT/AT/T on my first try. I owe much of that to David's videos. I studied using the following videos:150 PMBOK, 200 Agile, PMP Mindset, and several of the Drag & Drop. Other than that, most of my other studying was just taking a couple practice exams and reviewing what I got wrong. Thank you so much for putting these videos together. They were extremely instrumental in getting my brain wrapped around the correct way of thinking as a PM!
I Just passed the PMP exam with AA. It was though, period! All situational questions. And if it wasn't reviewing your Agile. PMP and Waterfall video bundles on these last 3 days, it would be miss for sure. Your videos are underrated. This is gold as someone already said on the comments. Almost feel like unfair because I see so many people trying to teach PMP but they miss on a key aspect which is incorporating the attitude of a project manager from a PMP perspective. It's an evolving experience listening to your questions. You really feel you are looking to each situation from a PMP PoV. Thank your David for sharing this knowledge! Well deserved like's and subscribers"
Congratulations! I'm preparing for the PMP exam myself. Would you say the PMBOK 7th edition is the only guide relevant in 2023 for taking this test? Apart from other sources, is the PMBOK Guide 6th edition still required today?
@@Shakti326 Yes, I would still try to go through the PMBOK 6! I know it’s a very big book to digest but it has the baselines you need for project management. The 7th edition introduced new technics and approaches but the baseline is still there so you need to have the 6th edition ITTO’s in mind. There many books out there that can help you to understand the PMBOK 6th edition probably in a much simpler way. Finally, keep in mind that exam is unpredictable…you can get situational only like me or a mix of processes, evm, god knows :)
I finally did my PMP exam on Friday and passed with AT in all areas. Almost cried when I got the results. David, You are a huge part of this success since your videos were my main study material for the whole month leading to the exam. They just put everything in the right perspective. Highly recommending your material to anyone preparing for the exam. THANK YOU!!!
Hello Mr. McLachlan! Today I passed my PMP exam with AT/T/AT. Words cannot describe my gratitude, thank you for making these videos. When I first saw this video, I told myself that this will be THE video for me to prepare for the exam. I'm not going to lie, 6+ hour mark got me intimidated in the first place, but it was over in a blink of an eye with your narration and the pep talks were so lovely! For everyone who is going to take the exam, THIS IS THE VIDEO YOU NEED! In the exam, somehow I read all the questions in my head with your voice and toning :D Long story short, I really really appreciate all your efforts, thank you for teaching all of us! Greetings from Turkey :)
Hi Ekin Tanir, Congrats !! I am also following these Videos as you explained. I am planning to sit for exam next month. Could you please suggest me, if you have.
@@WilmineMIMPO Hello, I only looked at David's questions and I took Andrew Ramdayal's Udemy course. Unfortunately I couldn't review all the course material, I just took the mock exam. Hope this helps, good luck :)
@@yintungc I passed the exam today. I would say that a lot of the questions are very similar in structure to these and similar difficulty. I also think a good percentage of the questions were much easier than the practice ones.
I have passed my PMP exam in the first attempt. I just gone through this 150 qns and 200 agile qns of Mr.David. Really trust me guys, this video is very much helpful for attending the questions in PMP.. I really thank you so much Mr.David.
Hi David, I just realized that I have not returned here to say thank you since I passed my PMP. You must have heard it severally, but I will reiterate, you are SUPER AMAZING, and you are doing incredible work with your UA-cam channel, making positive impacts in people's lives. Please never stop. The explanations you give in your videos, the sincerity, the passion you put into it and the motivation are exceptional. Preparing for PMP could be quite intimidating, but when people watch your videos, they are not only learning, but they are also motivated to believe that they can succeed. I passed my PMP with AT/AT/AT in May and I learned a lot from your videos to help me prepare. Thank you so much🙏🙏🙏
David, thank you for all the hard work you put in to your videos, managed to pass the PMP on Friday 08.11.2024. on the first try, I was watching how you break questions, underline important stuff and eliminate wrong answers. At one point it opened my mind and developed the mindset. Keep up the good work teaching people, God bless you !
Happy to share that I cleared PMP exam with above target in all three areas. My preparation included: 1. PMBOK video guide (73 videos series from the playlist) 2. 150 PMP practice questions 3. 1 hour video on PMBOK 7th edition Thanks David!
Here to join all the people in the comments who used this a resource to pass their PMP exam. I made the mistake of scheduling my exam too far out - causing me to procrastinate (actually) studying until about 3 weeks before. I was overwhelmed by all the content and realized I didn't have a great understanding. I started watching David's videos (this one & 200 Agile Questions) and by the end everything made sense. I passed my PMP over the weekend having aggressively studied for 3 weeks using only David's videos! David, thank you so much!!!!!! And to anyone preparing for the PMP these videos are an amazing study source. Good luck!
Thank you, David! I took my PMP exam today, and could practically hear your enthusiastic, encouraging words as I made my way through the test. "How did you go?" "I KNOW you can do it." "I believe in you" were the phrases that made their way into my mind as I went through each question. And I felt like you were there coaching me through the process of elimination, question by question. Thanks so much for putting together these study guides and videos. I can't thank you enough for your encouragement, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to help!
I just passed the test yesterday and it was due to this amazing series of videos! 🎉🎉🎉 Every time I got flustered I thought through the question David's accent. "What would David do" was my motto during the test. I also had his voice in my head saying "I truly believe you can pass your PMP." Now onto listening to him show me how to make better looking templates, as those have been my weakness. Thank you David for posting such a valuable series of videos! You are the bomb!
Hello David, I passed my PMP exam today with 3 ATs. During the exam, I could literally hear your voice saying things like...this is a high maybe, I wonder if there's a better answer than this, let's put that as a low maybe for now, this looks like our guy here. Thanks kindly for providing these videos.
This Video is Amazing ... on this day 22nd July 2023, with your videos as my last resort... I took my exams and passed... 3AT in all Domain... 4 years of stagnation comes to an end... Thanks Sir for all you do😊
Hello David, I just passed my PMP today with AT/T/AT. It's my first attempt, and I'm so excited! This pass means a lot to me. I'm grateful to God and to you for your support and encouragement. God bless you immensely. Amen
Yes, I did it! I just received an email from PMI with a certificate. I scored AT, AT, and T in my first go. Thank you so much for your three videos. They helped me a lot in understanding the topics. For those attempting to pass their PMP exam, this guy is a gem. Watch all three of his long videos and understand the topics, don't just cram them. His videos cover each topic from the books. In my exam, all the questions had a similar layout but were asked in different ways. So Best of luck, you all can do it.
I completed my exam yesterday and got a provisional pass! Of all the things that I did to prepare, I feel like your videos prepared me the most. Thank you for your service!
Just took my PMP exam today May 11, 2023, and passed with AT in all areas after watching the below videos only once. I recommend it to anybody who is going to take the PMP. Thank you so much @davidmclachlanproject for the great content and the leadership. I've taken the in-class course and been studying these videos; just waiting to feel confident enough (95% consistently) then I'll take it as well. Can't wait.
I am from Nigeria. I passed my PMP exam yesterday with 2AT. I can say your videos did it for me. I got the PMP mindset by just watching you analyse the answers. Thank you and thumbs up. 👍
Hi Terkula! There is no need to study in depth all those schedule and cost formulas to pass the PMP exam? I sensed that there is no calculations for schedule and cost performances throughout David videos. Have got any calculations in your PMP exam or not?
Thank you David! I passed my PMP on my first attempt. Your UA-cam videos were spot on to tackle the questions during the exam. Your voice were resonating in my mind in ruling out the options and choosing the answer build upon project manager mindset. Keep working hard guys, you too can do it. God bless and take all glory.
Hi Mr. David, I passed PMP exam on 30th Aug 2024 with 3ATs. I used ur all videos for preparation. These really helped me to prepare my self. I am really grateful 👏 thanks for what u r doing.❤
here to say a big thank you to you, David...found your videos (200 agile, 150 PMBOK, PMBOK in one video) week to my exam and I am convinced that its what made the difference on exam day. Listened to you while doing chores, driving, right before bed and got AT on all 3 areas. YOU ARE AMAZING! THANK YOU
Big Big Big thanks to you David ... Just finished my PMP exam Oct 10th 2023, and I got above target with all three domains, PMBook summary, 150 PMP mixed questions, 100 Waterfall Qesions, 200 Agile questions, made my life easy and helped a lot ... thanks a million David
David, thank you! I got my PMP certification today. AT in all 3 domains. This video has been my plan, preparation and motivation. All I did was this 6 hours of video on 1.25x and I didn't need anything else to clear the exam. Of course apart from the 35 PDU What a great delivery David! I want to share my victory with you as you have been exceptional in delivering such a wonderful content.. Thank you once again, cheers!
@@Luva1734 my routine was - this one video by David. I split this video in 2 days session. An important thing that got me the most out of this video was the mindset. The mindset of a project management practicioner. I'd say build a mindset on top of PMI guidelines, NOT the work culture in our offices because that might not be the true form of project management. Mindset and this video got me through, to sum it up.
@@pranavpant14 Hi Pranav, congratulations. Would you mind sharing your experience with the exam in more detail? If possible, I want to get an insight of it since you just passed the exam. I have recently followed you on Linkedin. Can I DM you there?
Hi David, I just got my preliminary PMP exam results, and I have passed it. For my preparation I started off with your 1 hour video on 7th edition of PMBOK and then have watched all of your videos on scenario based questions 2 times and made notes to develop the mindset. All of your videos are priceless, it was your videos which enabled and motivated me to go and get done with the certification. TBH, I had your voice in my mind while answering the questions on exam day, I was like how would David select the best option, "this looks like a high may be", "a very good choice", "a low may be". Thank you David you enabled many individuals like me , you deserve a medal.
PASSED! Just yesterday, I received the results and passed! David's videos were essential in preparing for the exam. I would say that I passed because I took the time to watch all of David's videos. Each and every question that David went over not only elaborated on the right answers but also why the others weren't. The examples provided throughout his videos allowed me to understand that the PMP test is ultimately a mindset you must use to answer the questions. Thank you so much, David!
Congratulations! Can you please share the links to the videos you have watched? My test date is near, and it is not possible for me to watch all the videos. Thanks in advance!
David, thank you for helping me pass my PMP exam last week. You are a blessing to the PMP community! I am grateful for the time, energy, and quality you put into these videos. I will pay it forward 🙏🏽
11 months ago I started watching these videos. In September of 2023 I passed my PMP exam with an above target category in People. I’d like to credit these videos for the majority of my studying. About 40 percent of my study time was using other resources.
Just adding to the chorus of people here - I passed my exam yesterday and what prepared me the most was studying with this video and thinking like you, David. Thank you so much for taking the time to create this content. Far more valuable than the expensive course I did to get my 35 hours. Hope you're killing it in ad revenue!
David, I have to say how amazing your video series is. Both my wife and I took the exam and we both passed AT in all areas. When I first saw your reviews, I assumed they were fake because of how glowing they were. If anything, they underreport the true value you provide. Our employer provided us a week long immersion course BUT we agree that we got MUCH MORE education from watching your video, pausing it, discussing the answer and learning from your excellent explanations. THANK YOU!
@@dimacedars5889 The questions were comparable and in a very similar manner and difficulty. I thought all questions were fair and I did not get any "trick" questions. This video was an excellent preparatory tool.

I took the official PMI prep and studied from all kinds of PMP prep books and failed twice. I took the time to watch this video and I am happy to report that I FINALLY PASSED! Your kind demeanor and conversational tone REALLY helped me understand the concepts and questions being asked. I felt so much more prepared and broke down each question just like you demonstrated here and it really helped. Thank you so much for making this video available on UA-cam, you are the best!
Took my PMP exam yesterday, was expecting my result in 5 days, however, I got my result few minutes ago with overall AT and 3 ATs in all domains. Your 200 Agile questions and 150 PMBOK questions are the best preparation for the exam. Thank you
Hi David, I got PMP certified on my first attempt and i should say your videos helped towards my preps to achieve the success .Thanks a lot for your content which i believe is a great source of knowledge for all the PMP aspirants.
Thank you David! I took the exam online last Saturday (09-03-2024) and passed!! AT/AT/T. I only watched your videos in the final stage (last week) of studies and really, they were fundamental in unlocking the understanding of the best answer. I did it in Brazil and I didn't have any problems with Pearson Vue (many complaints). I had no contact with Proctor and all the process go well. The only caveat is that I reviewed all the questions in English and, in my opinion, the translation into Portuguese leaves something to be desired at several points, including impacting the understanding of the alternatives (example: "report/relatar" is not the best translation for escalate). I wish you success! Watched: 150 Questions / 200 agile / 100 waterfall
Ahoy David!!! I stumbled across your videos by pure luck. I had done all the studying I intended to do, however, when I started watching your videos, I realized how woefully unprepared I was despite having prep'd for over a year. As I navigated my way thru the PMP exam this morning, I realized that you taught me the agile mindset. You don't just offer the right answer to a question, but explain every choice "ooohh, this looks promising"... It was because of your teachings that I didn't get mired in that quick sand of "man... 2 of those look really good". I resigned myself to the mind set I took away from your teachings, & 2 hours later, AT on all 3. So many thanks to you!!! You really should get paid for this!!!!
Dear David, I am very excited to tell you that I passed the PMP exam Yesterday 20.3.2024 with 3 AT , your videos on UA-cam and udemy course are priceless, very helpful, really 5Cs, clear, cohesive, complete, concise, and concrete 😊 thank you from the my heart.

I just wanted to come back and say thank you Mr. McLachlan. I took my PMP test on 08/02/2024 and passed only because of you. I took an expensive bootcamp 3 months ago and for me it was a waste of money. I did not retain any of the information from the bootcamp after 4 days of them just spewing as much information as they could at me. 3 weeks ago I found this video and saw comments from others about your videos. I watch your 150 PMBOK 7, 200 agile questions, and 100 waterfall questions videos. These three videos and the 1 PMP mindset video from Eduhubspot were my only study resources for 3 weeks and I passed the exam. Thank you so much for these resources.
@davidcastanon1621 no. The questions on the exam are tougher. But these videos definitely helped me better understand the questions I was reading. I recommend you pay the $50 on PMI for their study hall. Those questions were harder than the ones on the exam. Between those and these you will be well prepared.
@@samuelnajac4268 congratulations and thanks for sharing the above! i was looking for a personal experince btw these Qs, study hall and the actual exam! all the bets further!
Took PMP yesterday and got my passing result this morning. 80% of my studying was the various videos you have put out, so thanks a bunch. I imagine these videos take a lot of time and effort to create. Thank you!
Hi All, I also (sigh) failed my first attempt to the PMP exam.. nobody prepared me for the situational questions (90% of the exam) and I panicked, and I failed miserably. Then I found David's videos on UA-cam, and I spent plenty of time reviewing his lessons and questions.. needless to say, I passed my second exam (expectations exceeded 😊) and I wants to thanks David for his great lessons and explanations.. not only super helpful, but enjoyable too!
David, your videos were 95% of my study material and I passed my exam AT/T/AT yesterday. Would not have been possible without your question breakdown videos. THANK YOU!!
Passed my PMP on the 1st try, last month and David's youtube AND his 35 hrs course in Udemy were heaven sent. Questions on the PMP test were more like studyhall BUT they don't explain the mindset and reasoning like David does. Thank you for this!

David, I cleared my PMP in my first attempt today, I can't thank you enough!! I watched your PMBOK 150, Agile 200 and PMBOK 6th Edition 100. For those who are looking for the best PMP stuff, this is the right place. If you follow these videos and try to understand each and every question and why behind it, we are good to take on exam.
Thank you David! Passed my PMP first try (Apr 2024) and your videos were my primary study material. I scored T,AT,AT. In the 3rd section of the exam when I could feel myself getting tired, I imagined how you would read the question and break it down, and I heard you voice and your accent when reading the questions. It helped me process and understand what the question was asking. Thank you! I can’t recommend this enough to anyone considering where to study for the PMP.
Hi Emilia, initially I found the actual exam questions to be slightly harder than the prep questions in the video. However, I don’t think they were much harder. I think the reason it felt more difficult initially is because I was trying to complete the exam at a pace of 1 question per minute to give me more flexibility towards the end when I knew I would get tired of reading the various scenrio questions. In the videos, I got used to spending nearly 2 minutes per question which allowed me to focus on the actual problem. Once I settled myself a rhythm, and focused on breaking down the question and answers like the video shows, the questions felt much easier. I chose to trust my first instinct on many questions in order to save time. I ultimately finished with nearly 20 minutes to spare at the end of the exam but I definitely took longer to read and breakdown questions in the third part when I felt a bit mentally drained from all the scenarios. If you study enough to where you truly understand the concepts in these videos and in other study guides, you will do great. The questions I got on the test did not have many memorization facts such as “what is the name of the model that _____”. And math related questions were very few and mostly about recognition of the concepts. Overall, everything was situation-based. If you understand the guiding principals behind waterfall, agile and hybrid, you can usually deduce the most likely answer. Based on my prep, I thought I was taking the test a little early in my study but i passed with room to spare. Study hard, use a few sources and trust your instinct and you will do great!
Passed my PMP with 2ATs and 1T first attempt! Relied so much on David’s videos especially the question banks. Thank youu so much David !! Absolutely generous of you to be posting this out for free. The way you speak, your calmness and motivation kept ringing in my head during those 4 hours. Truly grateful for you and wishing you all the success you deserve David. ❤❤❤
I just passed my PMP on Tuesday and your videos and practice questions were a tremendous help!! I will recommend them to everyone interested in getting their PMP or strengthening their project management skills. Thank you SO MUCH!!
Hello, Thanks a lot @David !!! I took my PMP exam last Saturday and passed with Above target in all 3 areas. In the last week of preparation, I came across your videos and, frankly, they gave me confidence, but above all the skills to pass the exam. Once again, thank you and know that your work benefits many people. May God bless you.
David, Thank you SO SO SO much for all this effort in creating these videos! I Just passed my PMP exam yesterday with AT/AT/T. Your videos were the main (and quickly became the *only*) study materials I used in my studying. The way you break these down and draw out the explanation are the pivotal details that helped me in passing. I found myself reading my questions in your accent to myself lol (I'm in Virginia, USA). You are such an amazing teacher in this material! I'll recommend you to anyone and everyone that is interested in project management. For those who are still studying, I watched 150 PMBOK 7 situational questions, 200 Agile, 100 Waterfall, and "Complete Project Management Body of Knowledge" .
Thank you, David! Passed my PMP today. Your videos (15 PMBOK7 & 200 Agile) were the only material I watched (full disclamer I resolved all 1300+ SHplus questions). I bought a $1000-course that was not even close to your FREE material. From now on, I will ONLY purchase YOUR materials for all the PDU I have to acquire to keep my certifications. This is a small way to say "thank you"!
I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart! I passed my PMP today in large part thanks to these videos. You are able to explain things in a very simple & relatable manner.
I'm typing from Nigeria. I wrote my exam today, and passed it. Your video was extremely helpful. It helped me to know how to think and answer the questions. It also helped me realized knowledge gaps to fill before the exam. Thank you so much. 🎉🎉🎉
Dear David ... You are simply awesome and this video is truly a key contributor for me to pass PMP with all AT. I've completed all the questions 100 waterfall, 150 PMBOK7 , 200 Agile. You wont believe me, when I was doing my exam, I literally hear your voice reading and completing the questions with me. Thank You David and gonna miss you smile.
This video was fantastic. To test my knowledge, I paused before each question, read and answered it, then unpaused to hear David's thought process. I feel incredibly confident about taking the PMP exam now. As additional context, I originally started studying with PMI's Study Hall and was consistently scoring around 70%, which was concerning and frankly a bit stressful. The questions seemed unclear, and the answers felt inconsistent. I was considering postponing my test. A friend recommended this video and now I'm looking forward to it. Thanks, David.
Just cleared my pmp exam today. 3AT. Big thanks to David. I watched and digested the 150 PMP questions, 100 waterfall, 200 Agile questions and the PMBook summary videos by David. All my practice exam are google searched only. His videos are a great help especially the encouragement on every questions. I think I got the confidence from all his videos. Big thanks to you and your team for this awesome videos.
Congratulation. There is lots of confusion about 6th and 7th editions, which one you should go through for the exam purpose. Do you have any option on that. Thanks
Hi Mr David, I passed my PMP with AT/AT/AT. The first set of 60 questions were very tough and i almost lost hope as i took nearly 100 minutes for the first set alone. I could hear your voice telling me not to give up and it really helped me. You are a sunshine in our lives. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
Hello David, I am among the most recent beneficiaries of your videos (150 PMBOK 7 + 100 waterfall Qns) PASSED my PMP certification yesterday (21st Sept) with 3 ATs and came back to drop this THANK YOU note :) Listening to you elaborate the questions and how you narrow down on the answers is probably the BEST study technique. Your ever-assuring voice & the motivation you give throughtout the video are just the right icing on the cake !! Thank you, DAVID, YOU ARE A STAR !
Congrats!!!! I sit for my pmp exam on 10/9. Incredibly nervous, but feel that I'm on the right track to passing the exam. Any suggestions or specifics that you did that helped? David has been amazing in my studying so far, but ALWAYS open to further perspectives in this pursuit. Thanks in advance!
@@hagermcm In terms of books I only referred to - Rita Mulcachy's 10th edition and Agile practice guide. I watched & solved a lot of mock questions. David's videos in particular were both informative & interesting to watch/solve and it also served as a great learning experience. Lastly, the certification is not as difficult as it is portrayed to be. With the right amount of motivation, guidance and preparation you will be able to crack it :) My good wishes to you Project Manager!
Thank you for this answer! As the day draws near, I'm getting more and more nervous lol. I have noticed that David's methodology in answering the questions have really helped me as well. @@vihaansriram3073
I just passed my PMP, with all three AT. David, THANK YOU!! I watched your UA-cam videos and followed your class in Udemy. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, for taking the time preparing the materials, and BIG thanks for the enthusiasm and energy you put into, your smile and positivity are very motivating and encouraging!! Thanks, and may you receive lots all blessings along your path in life!
I watched this video more than you can imagine! This was my bedtime story. I passed my exam today. First time! I was worried nerves were going to get the best of me. I did it! Thank you David your videos were super helpful!
Hi David, I passed my PMP exam in first attempt , can't thank you enough for making all these videos , all these helped me immensely , 200 agile 150 7th edition and 100 waterfall questions , you have done a magnificent work by making these videos , helping so many people ..thanks a lot!!
I just passed my PMP exam having AT on all three parts. David, Your videos are the truth and I appreciate you Sir. Having the Mindset of an Agile PM was such an important thing to make this happen. I appreciate your videos. For everyone else, Watch the 200 Agile questions, the 100 Waterfall questions, and the 150 PMBOK 7 questions. those were a big help. I watched them 2 or three times before the test.
Hi David, My sincere thanks to you. I have cleared my PMP on 8th August, "Above Target" in all 3 performance domain. Just 10 days before I happened to watch your videos and got stuck to it. All I practiced was watching your 3 videos on PMP. 1. All your Q&A are with direct reference to PMBOK guide 2. Each options of answer are broken down with thought process 3. Your smiling and confidence boosting conversation throughout the session. They all really helped me. Thank you.
I am speechless. Passed my PMP, AT in all areas and THE ONLY study materials I used was yours David. Pmbook 73 video series, key concepts 50 videos, 1 hour roll up and these questions. Your voice is embedded in my head and I think I almost talk with an accent. I listened to your materials at the gym, on the bus, during work..... you are amazing, thank you for what you do.❤🎉
Were the PMP questions very similar to these? Congrats!
Congrats! Elizabeth! How long did you prepare! Looking forward to sharing the same news soon! I know you worked hard to achieve it!
@@yoga_lou_lou If you can tackle these then you can pass the exam.
How many weeks did you study for, please?
how can i find this 73 video series, key concepts 50 videos ?
I failed my first attempt, in April 2024. After one month, I decided to try and started studying again, I spoke with a lady passed at first attempt and she introduced me to your videos. Your video changed everything, Process, 200, 150 and 100 questions helped and it's FREE. I passed on 20th of August 2024. Thanks so much Sir and God bless you.
Are the questions the same?
i wrote mine in June and i failed it because the way the questions were set was different from David's scenario based questions . i hope that the next time i attempt it would be more like his scenario based ones it was most drag and drop and several lines long questions and several lines option which made it difficult . i wonder if they were trying outa different type of questions ? i do hope i dont encounter them on my next attempt it made me feel unprepared or unserious like i never prepared for the exam.
Can you help me with your experience please. I am following David. Is this enough to prepare?really!!!
how did you approach your studying? what worked for you?
where can I find the 50 video series?!
Same here, I had a boot camp in preparation to the exam, and it did not prepare me at all for the exam.. I wish I knew about David's videos earlier 😅
Am planning to take my exam on DEC 2ND
Could you please share the links here for quick reference.
Thanks in Advance.
260 questions from PMI do you mean Study Hall Questions ?
David, I can hardly believe but I just passed my PMP (AT in 2 areas)!!! I kid you not, I was looking at the exam screen and I was imagining your lovely face in the bottom right. In my head I could hear your voice discussing these questions with me. You are incredible! You taught me so many concepts and I obtain so much PMP exam knowledge from you. I will keep watching your videos because I will experience a void now.

I passed my PMP today thanks to this lovely person. Whenever I reached a difficult question I read it in my "David" voice and we worked through it together. Thank you so much David!
Did you use any other material?
How was exam questions?
Hi Jason. I have a feeling that David’s questions are easier than the one in PMP exam. I am able to answer them and they are intuitive. I wonder of the level of difficulty of the real PMP exam is the same?
Hi, Thank you for your feedback, would you please help with a practice exam that is good to use for a similar question. ?
Congratulations! One Q: which books you read from 6th or 7th edition....

Thank you so much
Just passed my PMP on Friday and wanted to thank you for your videos and the effort you put in to prep people. I really only studied for a week based off this video, your processes videos and the drag and drop video. I am not a project manager yet, but these videos prepped me on how to tackle each question. I could actually hear your voice in my head as i read through the questions lol. Anyways, thanks again for everything!!
Congratulations on passing your PMP and well done! 😊
Are the questions that similar, also any tips. Thanks
Congratulations to you, it is a huge achievement 😊
I passed my PMP two days ago. I watched all of Davids Q&A videos and all the Drag and Drop from beginning to end. It was hours of dedication, but it paid off big time! Thank you, David for your approach to PMP exam practice and solid PMP experience was key to my success!
That is amazing, congratulations!

Once more...thank you very much david
That is amazing news, congratulations to you! 😊
Dear David,
First of all I am very happy to inform you that I have cleared my PMP today.
Hi,
yesterday I passed exam and I'm now officially PMP certified!
Congratulations on passing your PMP! 🙂
@AzimuthLx Thanks so much for your advice.
Please tell me I no longer need to memorize every ITTO for every process.
I finally did my PMP exam on Friday and passed with AT in all areas. Almost cried when I got the results. David, You are a huge part of this success since your videos were my main study material for the whole month leading to the exam. They just put everything in the right perspective.

I would have taken the Udemy course if I had time and needed PDU hours but I did not need the PDU hours and did not have time for it.

Hello David, I wrote my PMP exams on 29th May, 2024 and PASSED. Your videos were super helpful. Did 100 Agile and 80 waterfall questions. I couldn't have made it without you. Thank you. Bright from Ghana 🇬🇭
I passed my exam today by only watching your two videos on the 150 questions from PMBOK and the agile practices. Cannot thank you enough ❤
That is wonderful to hear and congratulations to you on such a great achievement 🎉🙂
Hi Mr. David,

here to say a big thank you to you, David...found your videos (200 agile, 150 PMBOK, PMBOK in one video) week to my exam and I am convinced that its what made the difference on exam day.

Of course apart from the 35 PDU
What a great delivery David! I want to share my victory with you as you have been exceptional in delivering such a wonderful content.. Thank you once again, cheers!
Thank you for telling me, and congratulations to you on your great success! This is a truly great achievement 🙂
@pranavpant14 how long did you study this before taking the exam? Like the daily routines??
Hi David,
I just got my preliminary PMP exam results, and I have passed it.
One Q: which books you read from 6th or 7th edition....
David,
I have to say how amazing your video series is. THANK YOU!
David, was your PMP exam harder than David's questions in this video?
@@dimacedars5889 The questions were comparable and in a very similar manner and difficulty. I thought all questions were fair and I did not get any "trick" questions. This video was an excellent preparatory tool.
How many hours/weeks did you invest in test prep before you took it?
@@bryanreil893 my wife and I both took it. I watched a couple hours a morning for 6 days and took the day before the exam off and watched and rewatched (all day) until dinner time that evening. After that I went to bed at a reasonable time, got up and took it at 8am on Day 8.
Hi David, passed with three AT 🎉🎉
I cannnnot and just cannot thank you enough for all your question and answers videos on UA-cam. they have immensely helped me to set the pmp mindset
For anyone who is reading this comment, you are at the right place, keep going and I’m sure that you will pass the PMP exam with flying colours!! All the very best
I passed my PMP, I scored AT in the 3 domains! For about a week all I did was David's Questions and Answers videos. Thank you David!
Are you saying PMI Authorized Prep exam mock is not helpful?
Took my PMP exam yesterday, was expecting my result in 5 days, however, I got my result few minutes ago with overall AT and 3 ATs in all domains. Your 200 Agile questions and 150 PMBOK questions are the best preparation for the exam. Thank you
Hi David, I got PMP certified on my first attempt and i should say your videos helped towards my preps to achieve the success .Thanks a lot for your content which i believe is a great source of knowledge for all the PMP aspirants.
Passed with AT/AT/AT, words cannot describe how much I appreciate your hard work that helped me and other exam takers ace the PMP ❤
I had done all
the studying I intended to do, however, when I started watching your videos, I realized how woefully unprepared I was despite having prep'd for over a year.

I appreciate the time and work you are investing in helping people like us by changing our lives. I should also mention that I read PMbook 7 in its entirety as well as the Agile PM Guide, but without watching these videos, the information I learned from the book would have remained primitive. Thanks allot

Hi, Greetings, Did you try PMP Study Hall other than videos of DM? Thanks,
I passed my PMP yesterday with 3 ATs! Thank you David for being a key part of my study routine, your videos were instrumental in my success! Also, I really appreciate how encouraging you are, I needed to hear the “keep going, you’re doing great!” And the “your doing a wonderful thing for your career and life” comments - they made big difference!! Thank you again David, you’ve helped so many us in the project management community and are the true definition of a servant leader!
Congrats!! If you don’t mind, how closely related were the questions he presented in this video to the questions on this exam?
You're welcome 😊 Congratulations on passing your exam - you are amazing 🎯🎉
Congrats- are the questions similar to the exam? I’m scheduled for next week!
@davidcastanon1621 no. The questions on the exam are tougher. But these videos definitely helped me better understand the questions I was reading. I recommend you pay the $50 on PMI for their study hall. Those questions were harder than the ones on the exam. Between those and these you will be well prepared.

Hi John, will you be keen to share a little bit more about the exam? How was the level of difficulty compare to David's questions?
