The very first BTE song that I know. Frequently played in rock stations in the Philippines in the mid 90s. My other two sisters also loved it when being played.👍✌️🤘😉
Saw them at the Copper Dragon in Carbondale Illinois many years ago, they were amazing live. Kevin had someone in the front row scream into some sort of box then used it as an instrument in the song. They stuck around for autographs after the show. Great thing about smaller venues.
i fall in love with my wife 1995...meet her at college when i was took information technology Diploma....
2024 check in….song still is 🔥🤘
"I wish there was a way to know you were in the good ol' days."
Andy Bernard
When this came out it hit the charts immediately. It was kind of like a contrast and a breath of fresh air to the fallout of grunge, Cobain's death etc. It was upbeat, heck the name of the song was "Good". Reminds of a girl I had a crush on in high school.
Back to my high school years, where music sounds better than nowadays
I was 13 when this when this came out and would wait for this to come on MTV so i Could record it with a VCR 😂😂😂 i wish i could go back to those times so much fun
This song sounds and looks like the 90’s! What a time to be a teenager, when all the music from the 90’s was new! And now I must be blind-and deaf, because i can’t see or hear it anymore 😞 Anyone 35 and older will know what i’m talking about
It's cool knowing these guys are from Louisiana, where I used to visit every summer years back to visit family. Eventually we moved to the Baton Rouge area for one year and my dad and I got to see Better Than Ezra in New Orleans in 2009.
i am going to be 35 on Friday i want to be be a teen again
i miss the 90s
I hear you Dean
I'm now 37 and I was 15 when this was released. I "Really" feel you. If only we can have wishes. One thing that is great about music, it can flood memories that we thought were forgotten. RIP the 90's, but will be in our hearts til the grave.
Music has a way of taking you back to a moment in time. We had a good time back then, didn't we?
where did the 90's go wrong?..I miss my adolescence time...alternative nation grunge....
👻 it was good 👻
What an amazing song and album! Crazy, Kevin is now my next door neighbor.
This song brings back great memories from the skating rink. The 90s were the best!!!!
I heard this song 25 years ago and I never knew who sang it until today. I feel like a teenager again :)
To my early 20's where did you go?? And why did you take all the good music with you.
I’m tired of saying this, but what an underrated band for god’s sake!
This is part of a genre of music that doesn't exist anymore.
Definitely one of the best songs of the 90s in this genre. Love it.
This is the best song that I never think of when I am making my best of life list.... Then I hear it and smack my forehead..... I love this song. One of the best to sing along with driving.
remenisching my high school days , life is so good. I love you past. 90's
I had the melody from the verse stuck in my head forever. When I finally figured out what song it belonged to, I was so happy.
After 16 years its still sounds 'GOOD'. :)
Try 28 years
@@mikeisagodd2121 Holy Shit, I'm bloody old.
Never break a musician's heart
I really loved and still loving and missing the 90’s ❤️
The summer of '95... Soul Asylym (Runaway train), Collective Soul (Shine), Better Than Ezra (good) were some pretty big hits.
BTE doesn’t get the love they deserve
nor should they
@@schaticat Yet here you are in 2020 watching/listening to their video/song. Looks like they're quietly are getting the love.
Drew Ledbetter because i want to know who the people are that have lousy taste in music. found one.
@@schaticat I think that falls under the "I have no life" category...haha. But it's cool, man...whatever gets you excited.
Drew Ledbetter go to any sane person and say “I like better than ezra and this guy doesn’t” and see what kind of response you get. prepare to be slapped on the head.
You can see them live @ HOB in New Orleans first weekend of May during Jazz Fest!
The bass line on this song is primo!
Some bands are really amazing playing live, BTE is one of them!! I love the band!!
In '97, after breaking up with my girlfriend, only to deeply regret it, each time I heard this song on the radio while working, it brought me to tears. This is coming from a veteran crustpunk/metalhead.
Its 2024 any signs of life in the comments?
Look deep inside of self for all answers anything outside of self is material
Muito obrigado ao bom homem que postou essa música no youtube, eu não ouvia desde os 16 anos
One of my all-time favorite 90's rock songs!!! Such a good time for music.
Still listening this song January 4,2020...and I am going to share it to my Facebook friends now
I miss the 90s too... ah my teenage years and all that awesome grungey alternative music that defined those years... was a great time to grow up 😁
Just saw them in Minne. Didn't even play this. Got to hear purple rain again though played by the millionth artist coming thru Minneapolis. Thanks for that original thought. So boss.
This song was ahead of it's time. I remember it came out in the later 90s. Either way, miss these great songs from the 90s; the last great decade.......
Long time fan of this band. Songs span so many thoughts/feelings/etc. And in concert? Drummer bangs his heart out.
SNL brought me here. This song is still gold.
Lolol me 2
Been looking for this music video for years!! Finally!!
Finally sending this to someone named Ezra was satisfying
I’m 15 and this is one of my favorite songs
This song makes me feel nostalgic of a generation I didn’t grow up in
