It is a pretty cool and nostalgic card, that's for sure! It does make for a basic display card in these days, but it's still a conversation starter. That's how I feel about the GT 730 I picked up for my Mom just as a display out for her Ryzen 3 2300X. Yes, it can game, just do not expect it to be a superior gamer. Great vid as always, my friend. As always, love your content! Be safe out there!
Thank you. I felt something similar about the GT1030. A while back I had one with GDDR4 and one with GDDR5 to test against each other. I figured I'd never need it again until someone asked if I had a card that would basically just be a video output for a second monitor. "Well, as a matter of fact, I do...." Thank you as always, my friend!
Looking at this card and watching your teardown gives me a good idea of hows its done if i ever need to re-paste mt Quadro k2200. They are almost the same card.
I saw a lot of videos trying different things to take it apart, but it wasn't as complicated as some of those videos made it seem. The four for the GPU block, and the ones for the cover. Then I had three for the fan when I was cleaning it.
That's a great idea, I hadn't really considered it because I was going to move the whole PC over, but you're right. I need to see what the performance is with A750 on a similar Ryzen. I'm adding it to my video list.
omg an old K4200 turd? We've been replacing those at a architectural client for the past couple of years (lots of machines, lots and lots of money to replace these with modern compatible CAD cards).
Thanks Paul. Thanks for sharing. Glad you're okay. Take care bud. Cheers from Washington State.
Thank you. It was a bit scary for a while and there are people a lot worse off than myself, but we'll all get through it.
I need this card in my life…
It looks like I have to go back and re-test in Windows 10. I don't know why it never occurred to me that the OS may have been an issue.

Hello, Why not compare Intel Arc A750 on Intel VS Ryzen platforms just like you did with A380?

@@ThatPaulGuy Yeah, since we don't see that much videos comparing Arc on Intel and Ryzen platforms just like with Radeon on Intel and Ryzen Platforms.

@@gymkhanadog The struggle is real.
