    I cold stratified my seeds for a few months. Then wrapped them in wet paper towel, put them over top a seed warming pad. None sprouted so far I'm almost 2 weeks in. Maybe too much water.

      Without seeing pics or video, it is hard for me to help diagnose why they haven't sprouted yet. It could also be that they simply need a little more time. The other consideration could be that the temperature just is not high enough, or is too high. I use this amzn.to/4fJ0ODg to help keep tight tabs on temps when starting seeds. The other thing to keep in mind is the quality/age of the seeds. The older they are, the more likely they are to have germination issues. More often than not, they just take longer.
