Let's see how long the maltzilla lasts for him... I have to disassemble my maltzilla after every 15lbs of grain to clean the diamond coated rollers so it actually grabs the grains. Note: I love my maltzilla with a 2.5gal water bottle bottom cut off (when it is working...)
Hey Dan Some nice upgrades there to be fair, liking the pulley system and the moving of the controller, really need to do that with mine but the cable isn't cheap, have long since had the longer latches and they certainly do help, but it's still quite easy pulling the malt pipe off the centre pipe if you lift manually but with your new lifting system that should be a thing of the past for you. Don't think i'll be getting the mash manifold tbh as i nearly always get really good efficiencies [92% Mash and 80% BH last time out] with the original basic setup, as i've mentioned before a 20 minute Vorlauf before the sparge helps greatly imo...cracking video btw...
We have such a similar set up with the B40. What kind of boil off % changes did you see from adding the steam condenser? Do you happen to have what you use for equipment on Brewfather? My OGs have been missing lately and I think it’s because I am not boiling off as much with my new hat. Cheers as always
Hey nice to see ya down here! This sounds like a good topic for a video. I think the default profile is set at .92 and mine is currently set to .6 gal/hr. Been running my boil at 50-55%

Lots of bling Dan. Beautiful system. But, bling don't make beer. But it sure makes the brewer look good👍 if I could afford it , I would be so purty🤣
Never thought of putting oil on the stainless steel. For me Barkeepers friend does a great job cleaning your stainless steel tables!

Good brew a bock style beer for this time of year!
Sweet upgrades, Dan! Cheers
Cheers! Dude we should talk about a collaboration sometime!
@@HopsANDgnarly For sure!!! I’m down for whatever, a bit busy right now, but if we push the timeline out a bit I should be fine 😁
H&G back at it again ! Ratcheting pully is a game changer.
Absolutely loving it! Cheers!
I've been looking at the brew cubes for a while but haven't pulled the trigger. Can't wait to see the setup.
Very cool enhancements all. Makes me want to reconsider my own layouts again looking for further productivity and convenience improvements.
Hey thanks for watching, Larry! Cheers 🍻
Love upgrades that make brewing easier! Cheers!

@@HopsANDgnarly thanks man, as always I appreciate the insight! Keep up the great content. Cheers
Hey Dan, thanks for the videos! How much grain per hour can the Maltzilla go through?
That’s a good questions and I’m not sure yet I’ll have to time it
@@HopsANDgnarly Is it slow in general? I'm thinking of using it for grinding 25-50 kgs of malt for my B150
