🎩s-off….yet another great video that surpasses anything else out there in terms of «how-to…» for a Brewtool system.
    Keep it up 👍🏻

Hats off, to complicating the simple procedure of wort making. The Norwegians have gone a long way, it seems.😱

Hehe 😀 Would rather say it gives you complete control of the wort 😊

@@TheNextBatch It's only wort production, a very simple process based mainly on controlling temperature. Not much more complicated than making porridge and boiling potatoes. "Complete control" here comes at a cost, e.g., time, convenience and consistency. In my mind, more of a leap backwards than progress. But that's just my opinion. Obviously, I don't find wort production that exciting. In fact, if I didn't have a Braumeister to make wort, I think I'd prefer the convenience of extract kits rather than going back to a more hands-on approach.

It might be wise to use endcaps instead of an open hose barb, when brewing. I would also run the pump at full speed, and adjust circulation through grain with the centre valve.
Personally, I changed out the pump barb with a TC for easy disconnecting the hose. On the BT40, it is close enough to the opening (on a BT 80 you might need a short pipe). With a sensor holder instead of a sensor barb, you do not have to unthread the sensor if cleaning or air-drying.

Mark a "T" on each valve
