Just assembled with your help. At :45 Ikea has assembled these parts in pkge. One Upright support had adjusting button reversed in support. Pushed thru with long screwdriver and realigned. Success.

You need to tighten the screws.

Bot this rack but turned out the clothes swayed as if gg to collapse anytime when I moved it. Double checked n confirmed locked all screws so feel tt this is unstable. I bot the cheaper version without additional rack on bottom n i can move it anywhere anyway I like it without clothes swaying.

No it doesn't have lock. It's quite sturdy though. Won't keep moving.

I’m confused in 2:52 how did u get them so tight? So u put them in the whole and then did u spin it or what u didn’t show

You don't need to spin it. Once you put the outer 2 rods and get the frame ready you just directly put inner 2 rods and then place other wheels side as i hv done in the video and then just screw the outer 2 rods. It fits perfectly.
