@@samclark5546 idk about that controller theory. tried it and totally got worse. doesn’t makes sense to add another wireless signal path to me. gave up on xbox and caved into steam. tried running it on a intel based macbook pro. both with the real tone and another try with an irig (only “interface” i got) - nearly identical latency. literally spent ALLLL day troubleshooting this. it feels just slightly off. so close. threw in the towel when i couldn’t mod rocksmith with something called ASIO? back to clone hero. rooting for you and your platinums. knockin on heavens door? i want you back? hey ya? forreal if you 100 one of those, i’ll throw out my entire setup and get a rig identical to yours lol

for xbox , you might need an optical cable . i've also heard some people have less latency using headphones that are plugged into the controller

What is with the double pumping high bends at the end there? Is that more effective for detection?
Yep, they registered more often if I did that. I tried going for 100% and playing them as charted for a while but ended up giving up on that.
What was the most challenging part of the song?
The lick at 1:58 gave me the most trouble

Yep. I've never noticed it affect detection.
