this is motivational! never give up Steve. this video is proof you can reverse MS and will give people hope. sometimes to me people believers and open their closed minds up is proof in front of their faces they need to see someone else do it first.

Ursolic acid has been shown to remylienate neurons in mouse studies (2019).
They are moving to human trials.
The herb heal-all (prunella vulgaris) is high in ursolic acid and has been used for centuries as a nervine.
Also look into Elliott Overton's UA-cam videos on mega dosing vitamin B1 for functional deficiencies.
    I hope this will help.
    God bless
    Hope this will help some.

@@AJ_411 excellent. Please add an update on how it goes.
Also consider a high fat diet of omega 3 and cutting seed oils out completely.
The myelin sheath is made of fat. Coconut oil and animal fats would be best. Reduces inflammation and best bioavailability for the body.

Steve. This is so weird.. I’ve had MS symptoms for many many years but it never affected any of my cognitive functions but I lift weights 6 days a week for past 20 years. Religiously. If I’d skip a week at a gym I’d feel bad and I never knew why.. now I know! I always had this theory that me being very fit it held my MS at bay.. but doctors don’t believe me.
