@@fernandob2275do you not know about plant toxins and irritants like oxalates, phytates, lectins, and solanine, to name a few??? Seriously? I quit eating most plants a year ago, because I got a scare of two possible kidney stones in my left kidney. 80% of kidney stones are calcium oxalate. Oxalates are abundant in almonds, which I’d eaten huge amounts of for years. No more joint pain for me, as of two months in! And so many other benefits I experience! I don’t get sunburnt any more. Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦 🇿🇦
When I was young my mother used to force me to eat vegetables. I hated the taste of vegetables, I could not eat them.
Our go to meat here was free range mutton.
She used to shame me, calling me a jackal, one of the wild dogs here in South Africa.
Little did I know that red meat was the correct food for me.

    • @TheAstroflight

Ancestry plays a big part in which meat is best for any individual. I don't do pork, can't stand either the taste or smell of it though I do eat bacon (but not ham). I do enjoy beef and I eat a little bit of chicken and fin fish, but what I really love and seem to thrive on is lamb, the fatty juicy shoulder chops in particular. Dr Berry did mention ancestry once when a member said he felt like superman on fish more than red meat. If you remember thriving on lamb and mutton back in the day, go back to it as your preferred meat choice. *My* *DNA* is telling me lamb and mutton is what is best for me, all the others are second choice, lamb is my first choice always.

If your nutritionist is only reading the latest publications in nutritional science she isn't reading any science at all. "Nutritional Science" originated and continues as a marketing tool for food industry companies. Even at its best it is a kind of philosophical inquiry, with the ability to point at questions that can be addressed by science, but not answer any questions itself.
Nutritional science was created as a marketing device for food industry companies. That's why it relies on surveys as research. It follows the model given it from marketing research. You can't tell your nutritionist that; she'll become defensive to protect her ego that has so much invested in it. Millions of people over the last three generations have believed the statements of nutritional science. You cannot argue with true believers. They are likely to feel their identity is threatened when the beliefs of a lifetime are questioned. It's like telling people they have spent their lives serving a false god.
We were tricked into accepting this false belief. How do we get out of it?

In the very remote areas with no access to shops and western food (2 minute noodles, crackers, rice ,biscuits etc) with a traditional way of eating the people are lean, healthy and happy. In the areas close to shops the people are definitely considerably larger.

Now they say my LDL is too high(91) and are trying to get it down to 55, have me on Plavix for blood thinner, a statin, and something else I cannot pronounce(clo)...so discouraged. None of the doctors knew I was carnivore and are telling me that the carotid artery in the back of my neck is clogged and the other one is narrowly letting enough blood through to my brain. I want to make wise decisions as to my care. I'm so scared. My total cholesterol is 171. Should I follow their advice or continue BBBE?

Anyone that believers in evolution has missed the boat. Your ancestors may have climbed down out of the trees to walk upright but mine were created that way .

      Amen!
Dr. Berry, and wife, both claim to be "Christian". That term gets thrown around a lot, and many have no idea what it really stands for.
One thing is for certain; if he can sit there and praise Satan's LIE of evolution, then he has denied the very Word of God!
Dr. Berry obviously hasnt read the book of Genesis. 🙄 And, if he has, well then he denies God.
