- This video is in collaboration with Acne Squad. I’ve spoken about their Breakout Terminator Spot Corrector before as well where I recorded my journey of using the product over a span a few days to see how it works. Since then this has been a staple in my skincare kit and I always go back to it when I don’t have time on my hands and need to get rid of a pimple or two.

I’d like to add one thing. Stubborn acne is a direct indicator of an unsuitable lifestyle. I would encourage people with painful acne to journal and note things that they have done before they got a huge breakout. I realized that having coffee, excessive processed sugar and extremely stressful situations exacerbates my acne, probably due to hormonal imbalance. There is only up to some point actives can control breakouts that are cystic.
If nothing else works, please consult a trusted dermatologist. It is a good investment. Try finding one that will understand if you have a limited budget.

Adapalene clindamycin phosphate is my holy grail❤ after having tried salicylic acid, niacinamide and benzoyl peroxide for 2 years, adapalene saved my skin❤

Is your face oily or dry? And do you wear nothing after that like moisturizer?

Benzyol peroxide is good too and budget friendly
I don't really share my routine because everyone's skin is different but Epiduo Gel + Clindac Gel is the best spot treatment ever, much better than the Acne Squad one which only has salicylic acid. Epiduo has Benzoyl Peroxide which kills bacteria or fungus and Clindac has Clindamycin which kills bacteria but is anti inflammatory so it soothes the skin than drying it. My derm recommended me this combo. And you need tiny bit so these two products will last for months.

Yes Benzoyl peroxide and adaplene spot correction is GREAT! Affordable and efficient.
