Adorable album! I just used this collection to make a junk journal recipe album for myself,my first time to make something for me, but I loved this collection so much!
Thank you so much, Grace! I agree, this collection is absolutely awesome! Perfect for a junk journal recipe album 👍🏼! Steven Duncan’s designs are some of my all time favorites. I really appreciate you watching and taking the time to leave me a comment! 🥰
Hello Theresa… I just found your recipe album walkthrough. I absolutely love it. Can you share with me the measurements of your waterfall ? I would love to make this album as well with the waterfall feature! Thank you for sharing. I look forward to viewing your videos.
Thank you so much, Donna! For the base of the waterfall I used a piece measuring 8”H x 6”W. I then cut 4 pieces at 4-1/2”H x 6”W and scored them at 1/2” with the 4-1/2” side at the top of my scoreboard. I put adhesive on the 1/2” tabs and glued in waterfall fashion to my base piece starting at the top and gluing each consecutive piece directly underneath the last. Next I cut 4 pieces at 5”H x 6”W and scored each at 1/2” and 4-1/2” with the 5” side at the top of my scoreboard. I put adhesive on the 1/2” tabs and glued one each on top of each waterfall section. I hope this helps! Happy crafting!! 🥰
Thank you so much, Edee! I will be doing a Christmas in July series with a giveaway next month so be sure to check back for more crafty inspiration!! 🥰
Hi, Carrie! I followed a tutorial for the base design from Rosa Kelly Scrapbooking that Is linked in the description box under the video. I did add the waterfall section and can provide you with those measurements if you would like, just let me know! Thanks so much and happy crafting! 🥰
Hi, Donna! Pricing is so subjective. If I charged solely on my time, It would be too cost prohibitive. I generally consider my material costs and effort (how much I enjoyed making it, whether it took hours or days, etc…) I also consider the full retail cost of materials if the items I used were purchased on sale. You don’t want to price yourself out of selling but at the same time, you definitely want to walk away with an amount that is fair and rewarding to you. For this album, I really enjoyed making it and had a pretty low material investment. I would not accept lower than $40 but would feel comfortable charging up to $50. I hope this helps!! 🥰
thank you very much for your inspiration! following your video, among other things, I was able to make a nice recipe book, thank you for that. I wanted to tag you on insta but I don't know what name you're listed under. I would like to have the correct name.
