I remember recommending this group a couple weeks back. Yes, these guys are all brothers, same mother and father, all self-taught, all of them are multi-instrumentalists and vocalists depending on the song they are doing. They've been doing this music gig since they were all teenagers. They have since added their youngest brother to the group on their newer videos. He is primarily a keyboardist. REO is actually the initials of every brother. Their last name is Ortic, and all of their first names start with an R. I don't know what the E stands for other than it's the first letter of their mother's maiden name. Nonetheless they call themselves the "rio" brothers, not R-E-O. They have many great covers of songs mainly from the 60 and 70s, but Beatles covers
are their bread and butter. Amazing stuff.
Here is one reason it's nice to have artists who can nearly duplicate original material, particularly from the 60s and 70s. Those artists are slowly being taken from us. There is no longer a way to hear them live anymore except through artists like this who can faithfully reproduce the way they did it. And I think that's a good thing, and a good way to show respect to the original music. God Bless.

It's the drums you need to watch

It's just copying the original so not really something creative
I get it. But sometimes it just sound good
They are a tribute band doing what thousands of other bands do and have done for decades only 100 times better than anyone else ... these lads are keeping the music alive which sadly we do not hear anymore due to marketing strategies, computer technology and let's face it lack of musicianship.
Sadly the days of being creative in the music industry is dead in the water ... some bands and artistes slip through the net but they are very few and far between ... after the 80's that was it ... computer technology, aggressive marketing strategies and behind closed door Svengalis took over.
