If you like the Beatles, the REO Brothers are one of the best Beatles cover bands out there. Just like with this song, they don't screw around with their covers.... they try to reproduce the original versions as closely as possible and are remarkably talented in doing just that.
Went to watch these in my home city of Liverpool at the Cavern club, obviously made famous by the BEATLES, they done a BEATLES tribute, they we're absolutely knock out, these guys are from the Philippines, they also do a a brilliant BEE GEES tribute 🇬🇧.

They're probably one of the best cover bands, yes, but I wouldn't say they are the best band, especially there are loads of great bands in the PH who perform their own original music. Ben&Ben, IV of Spades, The Juans, are just a few among contemporary ones. Then there's Juan dela Cruz Band, The Dawn, Eraserheads, Asin, APO Hiking Society, etc. the lilst goes on and on...
They are all lead vocalists, just depends on which songs they're playing. If it's the Bee Gees, the drummer does the lead vocals, if it's Beatles, the bassist and the acoustic guitarist do the lead vocals. Hahaha these brothers are insanely talented! Tacloban is the Capital of Leyte Province in the Philippines..where McArthur landed in WW2 to fulfil his "I Shall Return" promise to Filipinos..and was devastated by Typhoon Haiyan a few years back killing thousands..but these brothers survived to entertain us now...

This is one of my favorite among all their covers. Instruments are no different from the original singers. Very impressive. Hope they will AGT, the biggest stage in the world.
It's really hard singing and playing lead guitar at the same time esp if you're doing the exact same thing that Mark Knofpler had done in the recording. It's much easier if he had just winged it and did his own licks on the guitar while singing. RJ is a music genius. Watch him do the entire orchestra section while singing the Beatles' Pennylane. I think they must be one of the best tribute band - not a cover band - in the planet right now. Great reaction as always, man. 👌
Whooaah..you mentioned the great Mark Knofpler. His music is awesome but my favorites are the ones he did with Emmylou Harris when they toured. Done With Bonaparte, Our Shangrila, and the other songs they did are so incredible.
