My kwid climber AMT has kind of similar issue. When I turn on the ignition, a beep sound comes with 'coil symbol' pops up in Red and the vehicle refuses to start. After several attempts, vehicle starts and things comes back to normal. Service centre says, it's fine for now and if it happens again need to change 'clutch motor' which will cost 20k.
Now, after 2 weeks issue is back again. This time, vehicle starts after couple of attempts, but the 'coil symbol'warning light in Red is not going off even after vehicle starts.
Do I need to change the clutch Motor which is expensive or is it due to Accelerator pedal sensor as mentioned in this video?

Climber is an amt, so yes this can happen because any issue in amt too, but first i will recommend you that if the car is still under warranty just let the dealership diagnose it, the amber and red coil light will glow if any electrical issue is there in engine or transmission. So we just cant assume that its accelerator Sensor or something else before scanning and proper step Diagnosis, Thank you. feel free to contact for any further doubts.

It can be any intermittent electrical error, or electrical error due to some mechanical failure. Need to scan and diagnose to locate the exact issue.

If its an over all mileage of city and highway mixed then its ok, but during long highway drives it should be around 18 or 18 plus. Check from basic things like air and fuel filter, spark plugs etc. Then can go to other tests.

Brake won't be that effective when car turns off, because the booster won't be able to boost the braking force. Inspect the car in a good workshop.

Slight oil vapour is not an issue at all, but if its heavy leak then needs an immediate inspection.
