You say one cold cup, recipe says quarter cup of cold milk but looks like you poured almost a full cup. Then you say 2 cups to heat up but it says 4 in the subtitle and the recipe says 6 cups cold and hot total. Sorry I am confused.

While not "healthy" per se, the hot chocolate has less sugar and fat than most, and is definitely healthier than pre-packaged mixes.
