I always break the eggs in a cup, not only because of shell pieces but yesterday I opened an egg and it was mouldy inside - yes! And I only buy good quality eggs. Also if I want to separate the yolk from the white, sometimes the yoke breaks ( especially if the egg is room temperature) and then you get yolk in your mixing bowl if you do it over the bowl rather than over a cup.
Anna, my scoops are always slipping off its spring...almost after every couple batches of cookies I'm making. Can you recommend a sturdy brand? Thank you ❤️🍁

To prevent cranberries from floating or clustering is to dust them in flour. I do that for my cranberry orange loaf and it works!
Looks beautiful
Love that they can be gluten free 🎄🕊

Almost like our Malva Pudding...lekker!!
Love the comment about steamed desserts being a good choice for gluten free. I will learn from that, thank you

Thank you Anna bless to your family
Looks very yummy ❤ what if I haven't got cream of tarter. Can I use normal baking powder only and how much. Thank you ❤
Looks delicious, you could also steam them up in the roasting pan along with your turkey, gives them a delicious flavor.
Like this recipe. Looks difficult but isn’t.
I'd like to break my eggs in another bowl first to prevent shells getting into the main bowl😊

Yummy 👌
Would it still taste good if an individual small piece of chocolate is added in the center, before baking.?
Could you use frozen berries instead? Or would they put in TOO much moisture? Would raisins work?
