It's a renault F7R, but the real one they ran in the french rally championship had smaller crankshaft, shorter stroke, longer rods and wider bore. Those engines rev much higher but it's impossible to find any, you can't even find information about them.

I suspect this is a "phylologically correct" build- I. E. The builder aimed to re-create an existing race car from the recent past, which would explain why the end result is a bit underwhelming. For all the effort and expertise gone into it, the final car looks a bit like a ricer...
A lot of people's comments here are hating on the build but it's only the makers opinion really matters.
