Ultimate's balance is honestly incredible. A cast of like eighty characters and every last one of them is at least slightly viable, even the absolute bottom tiers like Little Mac and Ganondorf.

As a Zelda main its nice seeing people use the offscreen up teleports as an execution move. It's literally my favorite thing to do in this entire game. lol

I mean she literally was when Smash released, granted time changes, nerfs and buffs happened
but her kit doesnt seem to lose to time forr it to now be considered low tier, did I miss a page?
@@blazingkite8983 In the older games she was combined with Sheik and now they're separate characters. Zelda, in my opinion, is underrated.
However, she has a lot of glaring weaknesses in most of her move set and she relies heavily on your ability to predict your opponent. Most of her moves have a large window of opportunity against you if you miss or take a moment to set up the perfect hits. (Like lining up the armor, being locked into fireball animation, or hitting those delicious teleport executions.) At the end of the day there are a ton of characters that can do what she does with less openings, faster, and harder hitting than she is.
I still find her to be one of the most fun characters to play personally. If you can learn her spacing for her kick launch it gets really fun. lol
This is one of the many examples as to why you shouldn’t label everything. Every fighter deserves a chance, especially the ones in the lowest of tiers. Great vid!

Bro this is so true. As an elite smash little Mac player, i will say that if I run into a Kazuya or a Steve or Mario or some top tier, im chill. I’m ready to play. But if I matchup against say another little Mac or like a dedede or ganondorf,
I get into gamer position and prepare to play like my life depends on it because I doubt they made it to this level with a character that bad by luck 😂

Idk if I'd say his skill ceiling his insanely high moreso than it is *deceptively* high. It really isn't that high relatively speaking but it's higher than most people think.

u kno i feel like to make a vid like "bottom tiers being broken" u gotta use clips that actually make use of the character specific abilities. because otherwise its just another clip of a character doing a typical jab lock, spike, tech chase, or etc. that almost any other character can do. that doesnt really give the essence of a character feeling broken. it's just a player playing a game well.

I know that Bottom Tier in ULTIMATE doesn’t necessarily mean BAD (for most of the characters in it), but that’s a tier for characters that just don’t do very much well.

There's nothing in this game more satisfying than Ganon beating Kazuya. The same character, but one is S-Tier and the other is F.
