@joecooke899 After watching the video, I realized two things: 1) I was way too worried about my drag, and that's how I ended up allowing the fish to get under the log and 2) I should have turned my pole the other way and tried to pull him back out the way he went under. In the heat of the moment though, my brain don't work, I can't think common sense when I know I'm seconds from losing that fish😆😆😆 I panicked.
