If you put virgin coconut oil on her curls (as the last step), that will help stop the chlorine from trying to penetrate and drying out her curls. I have three mixed kids with curly hair from shoulder to hip length. Works every time.

You’ve inspired me to look into swimming. We did swim lessons at the Y for my oldest (she will be 7 this Christmas), but my husband also taught her. My 2-year-old doesn’t like water besides the bathroom, but I am going to look into these lessons for her and my newborn baby boy. I failed my swim lessons as a kid, but the footage you shared was amazing. She did such a great job!!!

Margot did fabulously ......so sweet and what a thrilling experience to know your child can manage all of that at such an early age........I am amazed and think it is marvelous they can teach young ones so much so early. Just awesome!

Everytime I watch your vlog, I think I need to stop procrasinating getting my kids to learn to swim (we have a pool). It was supposed to happen last year, but COVID. It's amazing to see your kids in the pool, such a peace of mind. I'm about to stop procrasinating and sign them up now!

Ya’ll have definitely inspired me to get my youngest into swimming lessons. We waited too long for my oldest and now she’s too scared! 😱
Sebastian was so scared too! He's never never had a bad water experience, but was terrified. By day 3 he was comfortable and by the 12th week, he was swimming without assistance.
Not sure if y’all have a JCPenney’s but I took some last minute pics with them and they came out great!
My baby's hair would get sooo dry from the chlorine, even though I would wash his hair right after swim class (he has loose 3Bcurls) I started putting old school blue magic hair grease in his hair before class so it wouldn't soak up the pool water then I'd wash the grease out after class. Worked great.

Yep! We do! We have a loft at the top of the steps that is out kids playroom!
