- This is my life. I love this position and role God has entrusted me with. Being a wife, mom and a black homemaker are the things I desire to do with all of my might. Some days are hard, some not so hard, but through it all, it's well worth it. Home is where amazing children are built. And I'm so grateful that HOME is where my work is done.

Lol let me tell you, they be ready to learn lol. My hubby usually plays a Cocomelon school song and a school bell ringing before he starts teaching . We’re giving them the full effect lol

That was fun to watch! I have a very similar daily rhythm. I have a 9 and 6 year old that I homeschool and a 6 month old as well. You’re very patient and kind with them 🤍
Also, for a recommendation I’ve been using mostly masterbooks for a Christian curriculum and I love it (except for math I thought was too story based, not really to the point like I wanted it to be lol) all the masterbooks subjects have a strong focus on scripture incorporated into each subject 🙌🏽

How do you handle the girls in the backyard without you out there? I know you have a window so it’s easy to see but I get so worried about something happening. I can see having them play outside for a little by themselves would be helpful to me to get things done and the kids enjoying fresh air. By you showing that gave me some encouragement and motivation to just do it but wanted to know what your thoughts or advice would be on that. I have a 5, 3 and 2 year olds. Thanks 😊
Hey! I completely understand where you’re coming from. I’m usually in the kitchen or living room so I can see them through 4 different windows and a very large sliding door . I also have cameras in the backyard so I see everything. I feel very comfortable with this and they know to stay only in the backyard and not on the sides of the house. I also keep the side gate locked too
Thank you for a realistic day in the life! I see other videos and I don’t believe these ppl who say they set their alarm and wake up at 5 am with a newborn 🤷🏽♀️
I hear you. There were days I tried to wake up before the house did but it was hit or miss depending on how little sleep I got. My hubby use to work law enforcement so he would leave at 3:30am for his 16 hour shifts. So it was important to listen to my body and sleep as much as possible

As the old saying goes, a family that prays together stays together. God blesses families who pray together, giving them increased peace, love, and harmony in the home. You have developed a habit within the girls to pray and to know God. That right there is pleasing to God. The grand babies are so well rounded. You guys are doing an awesome job. He will make away for you both to be home daily and working from home. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Well congrats on this new journey! It definitely comes with challenges but it’s SO WORTH IT! Not once have I thought about putting them in school
